      Bug Fixes 🐞

      This section provides a comprehensive overview of the specific issues that have been identified and successfully resolved in this release. Each bug fix is aimed at enhancing the overall functionality and user experience of the software.

      Jobs & Workflows 💼

      • AJTA-5278 - Incorrect Service Resources: Fixed an issue where incorrect service resources were being assigned to services.
      • AJTA-14609 - Predecessor & Successor Services: Resolved an issue with marking predecessor services as "Completed."
      • AJTA-14774 - Equipment Photos Scrolling: Addressed a problem where left/right arrows for scrolling through equipment photos stopped working after the first use.

        Customers & Profiles 👥

        • AJTA-12366 - Web Lead Spam Prevention: Added CAPTCHA to the web lead form to reduce spam submissions.
        • AJTA-14527 - Customer Filter Enhancement: Added a "Customers with a saved payment method" filter for generate customer list marketing feature.

        Billing & Invoicing 💰

        • AJTA-14457 - Surcharge Service on Invoices: Fixed an issue where invoices incorrectly included a surcharge service, even when the job had no surcharge service (or it was deactivated).
        • AJTA-14534 - ACH Payment Confirmation Email: Corrected the payment confirmation email to stop displaying incorrect surcharge fee details for ACH transactions.

        Messaging & Communication 📩

        • AJTA-14357 - Text History Error: Resolved an issue where text history showed messages being sent to the wrong customer.
        • AJTA-14571 - Service Confirmation Email: Fixed the service confirmation email to display the correct scheduled date for completed services.

        Crew & PI Management ☁️

        • AJTA-14174 - PI Search Issue: Fixed a problem with searching for PIs (Plant Inventory) under Cloud Crew.
        • AJTA-14538 - PI Tags Visibility: Resolved a problem that prevented PI tags from appearing in the "On Service View" on the Job Site PI Map within Arborgold Crew.

        Improvements 🚀

        This section showcases key enhancements and resolves previously identified issues, leading to improved performance and reliability of the software.

        Jobs & Cost Tracking 💼

        • Job Cost Sync: Updated job costs now reflect immediately in the Summary Labels modal (no manual refresh needed).
        • Improved Predecessor/Successor Services: Enhanced stability and UI for managing dependent services.
        Contracts & Installments 📅
        • Weekly Installments Visibility: Contract Installment screens now show all installments (previously truncated due to screen size).

        E-Invoicing & Mobile View 📱

        • Service Description Toggle: Resolved the problem where the "Show Service Description" option in the E-Invoice mobile view would incorrectly display the service description, regardless of whether the option was turned on or off.
        Security & Authentication 🔒

        • 2FA SMS Provider: Use of AG Twilio for Two-Factor Authentication SMS when a company does not have its own Twilio account configured.

        Permissions & Access Control 🔐

        • "All Permissions": The "Work Order" setting now auto-enables when "All Permissions" is selected, preventing inconsistent access.

        PI Management 🔍

        • Unsaved Changes for PI: Fixed an issue where edits to PI details were not being saved properly.

        Purchase Orders (PO) & Vendor Billing 📑

        • Form Clearing Issue: Clicking "Add New" (PO/Vendor/Bill) from the side navigation now resets the detail form when it’s already open.

        • Broken Hyperlinks: Resolved an issue where PO/Item hyperlinks on PO/Bill Detail screens redirected to the dashboard instead of the correct details page.

        • Equipment Bill Items: The Bill Items list under Equipment details now correctly displays existing associated bills.

        Activity Logs 📊

        • Email Tracking: Activity logs now record "Sent Email" actions for customer communications.

        E-Statement ✨

        An e-Statement serves as a digital substitute for conventional paper or PDF statements, offering a secure and user-friendly method for managing transaction details online. Much like e-Invoices, e-Statements empower your customers to effortlessly view, download, and pay their transactions, ensuring a seamless experience.

        Gmail OAuth ✨

        Gmail OAuth is a secure protocol that allows Arborgold to access your Gmail account without your password. You grant limited access through Google's authentication system, ensuring:

        - Security: Your password remains private.

        - Control: You can revoke access anytime via your Google account.

        - Convenience: No need to update credentials if your password changes.
