Billing & Invoicing 💰

  • AJTA-9406 - Prepay discount in Customer Portal: Fixed the issue where the prepay discount amount was not displayed on the customer portal.
  • AJTA-12419 - AR Discrepancy: Resolved discrepancies between job subtotal and invoice total.
  • AJTA-14256 - Column Formatting: Resolved format inconsistencies for "inv last email sent" column on the invoice listing screen. 
  • AJTA-9406 – E-Invoice Communication: Fixed the issue where invoices were sent as regular emails despite "Always Offer E-Invoice" being enabled. 
  • AJTA-14356 - Customer Name Null on E-Invoice: Resolved the issue where the customer name was null on the e-invoice.

Customers & Profiles 👥

  • AJTA-13322 - Duplicate Customers: Fixed the issue with duplicate customers showing in the system.
  • AJTA-14069 - Customers Profile Edits: Fixed an issue where Users were not able to save edits on customer profiles.
  • AJTA-14074 - Customer Portal Login: Fixed the issue allowing deactivated customers to log into the customer portal.
  • AJTA-14105 - Sub Customer Filters: Issues with sub customer filters under Customer's AR have been resolved.

Jobs & Workflows 💼

  • AJTA-12979 - Duplicate Resources: Eliminated the problem of duplicate resources being created. 
  • AJTA-13995 - Ad Source on Jobs: Addressed the issue with ad source not correctly displaying on jobs. 
  • AJTA-13602 - Resource Ordering:  Fixed the ordering issue for resources displayed within Batch Add Edit Service Resources.
  • AJTA-14046 - Service Defaults Reset: Resolved the issue where service defaults were wiped out after edits on job-service.
  • AJTA-14193 - Job Cost Edits: Fixed an issue where users were not able to save edits/changes on the Job Cost screen.
  • AJTA-14308 - Messages: Fixed the error when marking messages as completed. 
  • AJTA-14048 - E-Proposal Widget: Resolved the issue of deactivated jobs appearing on the dashboard widget.
  • AJTA-14060 - Job Tags Formatting: Resolved the issue where job tags displayed HTML code on the Work Scheduler.
  • AJTA-14043 - Job Hyperlink: Addressed a bug where the job name hyperlink redirected to an incorrect job when clicked.
  • AJTA-14068 - Job Hyperlink: Fixed an issue where users had to click the job name hyperlink twice to open the correct job details, as the first click did not work as expected.
  • AJTA-13657 - Column Search: The salesperson lookup by last name is now functioning correctly on the Jobs > Services tab. 
  • AJTA-14258 - Column Search:  The column search functionality on the Services tab now works correctly, enabling users to reliably search and filter services.

  • AJTA-13780 - Quickbooks Exporting: Resolved the error that prevented exporting to QuickBooks. 
  • AJTA-14062 - Microsoft  Calendar: Fixed the frequent disconnection and reliability issues with the Microsoft Company Calendar. 
  • AJTA-14357 - SMS Communication: Resolved issues that caused text messages to be sent to the wrong customer instead of the intended recipient.

Key Bug Fixes 🔧

  • Renew Contract: Fixed the failure error when renewing contracts. 
  • Batch Emails: Resolved delays and errors in sending batch emails.
  • Use Par. Est.Emp Unit Price for Res. Setting:  This setting always Stayed on Yes and Does Not Change to No When Updated, it now functions correctly and can be changed as needed. 
  • Add Vendor: Users can now add new vendors from jobs without issues. 
  • Employee Assigned & Employee Count Columns in Crew Listing: Corrected inaccurate data in the Employee Assigned and Employee Count columns when adding employees via Crew. 
  • Issue with Priority Mismatch with Tasks: Fixed the priority mismatch issue with tasks. 
  • New Work Order Notes Permission: Added work order notes permission on the user admin screen.
  • Default Service Inv. Pkgs Tab for Projects: Default Service Inv. Pkgs tab now loads correctly for projects. 
  • Measure: Fixed the break in Areas View when switching between different areas on the Measure screen. 
  • E-Invoice: Resolved the issue where the e-invoice displayed the company logo when it should be hidden.
  • Task Tags Filter: Users can now filter task tags properly. 
  • Job Filter issue: Job filter dates are now updating automatically based on period selection in Customer Detail > Jobs. 
  • Copy Service: Fixed the copy function not working properly in job service action. 
  • Sub Customer Relation: Users can now break parent and sub customer relations as needed. 
  • Updating Recommendations: Resolved the object reference error while updating recommendations.

New E-Proposal & E-Invoice Optimized View

The New E-Proposal and E-Invoice offers a significantly improved mobile experience with key enhancements, including:

  • Touch-Friendly Design: Larger buttons and form fields for easier interaction on small screens.

  • Responsive Layout: Dynamic resizing of elements to fit different screen sizes without horizontal scrolling.

  • Sticky Navigation: Quick access to key sections without excessive scrolling.

  • Streamlined Signing Flow: Smoother document preview and e-signature process on mobile devices.

  • Improved Readability: Better spacing, font sizing, and contrast for clarity on handheld screens.
