Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the Shift Key from functioning correctly when selecting multiple services to schedule via the Quick Scheduler.
  • Resolved a problem that caused the prepayment amounts to display incorrect decimal rounding.
  • The Add & Replace Existing Resources feature for services was not functioning properly, preventing the addition of new resources to the service under Job.
  • Resolved an issue where the Assign/Reassign sliding scale button inadvertently altered the default pricing for all services in the system and resulted in the creation of duplicate records in the service listing.
  • Resolved an issue where the "Only Update Default Resources on Service Setting" feature was not functioning correctly and displayed an error message.
  • Resolved an issue in Customer AR where navigating between customers with the Subcustomer filter applied displayed the same invoice for all, regardless of specific customer associations.
  • Resolved an issue where unapproved services in EProposal did not automatically deduct from the total, resulting in incorrect total calculations.
  • Improved the global search functionality to ensure that addresses are displayed only when a corresponding jobsite exists. Previously, searches would show address results, but no addresses were listed under the address tab of the customer profile.
  • Resolved an issue in the crew app that caused material units to be displayed incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where Default Contract Patterns did not display filled services and crews when applied, despite allowing installment creation and showing default values on the invoice installment line.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented users from adding entries to the Chart of Accounts.
  • Resolved an issue where the URL added to the SMS template was truncated on the final screen prior to sending, ensuring that the complete link is now displayed correctly.
  • Resolved an issue that caused the Crew Conflict feature in the scheduler to malfunction, ensuring proper identification of scheduling conflicts among crew members.
  • Resolved an issue with the Job Automation that prevented the Test Template feature from functioning correctly, resulting in an error.
  • Fixed the reported issue where the "Geocode" and "Setup Postal Code Lookup" features were not operating as intended and were generating errors.
  • Fixed an issue where Purchase Order failed to exports to Quickbooks.

Improvements:

  • Fixed User Settings Selection Issue: Selecting "Other" in the dropdown erroneously marks both "Dashboard" and "Other" as selected.
  • Fixed an issue in the Customer AR where filters for sub-customers required applying and resetting twice for correct results.
  • Resolved an issue that caused a blank page to display when double-clicking on any Purchase Order (PO) within the Vendors - PO Tab.
  • Resolved an issue with Column Filters visibility in AR- Summary, where the Text Field Box was initially hidden and only appeared after clicking the space.
  • Resolved an issue where selecting the Projects screen from the ellipsis menu in the Services section resulted in a blank page being displayed.
  • Resolved an issue where the invoice count did not update automatically upon deletion, requiring a manual page reload, which affected real-time accuracy and user experience.
  • Resolved an issue that triggered an object reference error when users attempted to add recommendations to plant items.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented users from sending voicemails directly from the Invoice Listing screen.
  • Fixed an issue where Stimulsoft reporting was causing memory retention issues, contributing to site instability and high memory usage.
  • Enhanced and optimized the following functions for improved performance and user experience:
