Statement and Receipt Basics

Statement of Transactions works well as a receipt for zero balance accounts. You can print it off directly from the Customer AR tab > Print Statement. These are often used as receipts for cash and check payments.

Statement and Statement Batch work best with accounts that have an outstanding balance. These are most often used for aging to follow up on clients who have not paid their bill.

Arborgold Payments will automatically send a receipt for any payment it has processed, like credit card and ACH transactions.
