Plant Inventory & Exploration 🌱

AJTA-17572 – Plant Exploration Not Loading & Performance Delay: Resolved an issue where Plant Inventory records did not load and the page took an excessive amount of time to render.

AJTA-18828 – Map Zoom Reset When Adding Plant Inventory: Fixed an issue where the map zoom level reset after saving Plant Inventory, ensuring the zoom state is retained.


Jobs, Services & Scheduling 💼

AJTA-18611 – Ongoing Indefinite Services Scheduling After Invoicing: Fixed an issue where new visits were automatically scheduled even after the initial visit had been invoiced.

AJTA-18914 – Scheduler Showing Partial Completion Incorrectly: Fixed an issue where the scheduler displayed “some services completed” even though all services for the date were completed.

AJTA-18932 – Renewals Not Displayed in Recurring Services List: Fixed an issue where scheduled recurring services appeared on the scheduler but not under the recurring services list.

AJTA-19112 – Work Scheduler Error Preventing Scheduled Work Visibility: Resolved an error that prevented users from viewing scheduled services in the Work Scheduler.

AJTA-18467 – Group Scheduler Object Reference Error: Fixed an object reference error that occurred when opening the Group Scheduler under Appointment Scheduler.

AJTA-18854 – Prepay Now Button Missing on Mobile Devices: Fixed an issue where the Prepay Now button was not available on mobile devices across both Android and iOS.

AJTA-18861 – Default Service Quantity Not Applied from Group Programs: Fixed an issue where services added from group programs defaulted to an incorrect quantity instead of the configured value.

AJTA-18080 – Performance Issues with Sliding Scale Pricing Updates: Improved system performance when updating pricing using sliding scales to prevent delays on the Job screen.

AJTA-19029 – Incorrect E-Proposal Count in Communication Log: Fixed an issue where the system displayed duplicate E-proposal entries even though only one email was sent.

AJTA-19049 – Invoice Batch Communication Attachment Persistence: Fixed an issue where attachments remained stuck when sending batch communications, requiring a browser refresh to clear them.

AJTA-18852 – Customer Account Numbers Displayed Out of Order: Fixed an issue where customer account numbers appeared non-sequential, making it difficult to determine client age.

AJTA-18778 – Job Automation Templates Changing Unexpectedly: Fixed an issue where automation and email templates were altered unintentionally, leading to missing or incorrect content.

AJTA-19130 – Incorrect Customer Synced During Automation: Fixed an issue where inactive customers were synced during automation when duplicate phone numbers existed.

AJTA-19177 – SMS Phone Number Filter Not Working: Fixed an issue where filtering customers by SMS phone number did not return correct results.

Partial Payment Not Reflected on Bill Listing Screen: Fixed an issue where partial payments were not reflected in the Amount Paid column, causing bills to remain marked as unpaid and blocking payment deletion.

Create Payment Decimal Entry Issue: Fixed an input issue where users could not enter decimal values after three-digit amounts on the Create Payment screen.


Job, Scheduling & Performance ⚡

Customer Info – Plant Inventory Tags Not Updating Immediately: Fixed an issue where batch tag updates appeared partially applied until the screen was refreshed, ensuring immediate and accurate tag updates for all selected items.

Weather Images Missing in Crew Service Details: Fixed an issue where weather images failed to display under the Weather tab despite weather data being available.

Check Service Conflicts and Move Services Performance Degradation: Fixed a performance issue where moving multiple services triggered excessive database queries, significantly improving scheduling speed and responsiveness.

Appointment Scheduler Listing Mismatch: Fixed an issue where appointments and tasks appeared in Month view but did not display correctly in Day or Week listing views.
