Using Merge Field with Job Automation

With our latest update, we have made significant improvements to the Job Automation Communication feature. Now, all merge fields that were previously available in other Job Communication options can also be accessed in Job Automation Templates. This enhancement allows for seamless integration of important merge fields such as E-Proposal and Print Proposal into your Automation follow-up templates.

By utilizing these merge fields, you can now effortlessly include previously sent E-Proposals in your automated follow-up emails. This means that you and your clients can easily refer back to any proposal that was previously shared, ensuring that all necessary information is conveniently accessible.
