Setting up a Lawn Maintenance Proposal

Learn how to set up Recurring Mowing, Spring and Fall Clean Up and Bed Maintenance, and Fertilization, Pest, and Grub control Programs

Step One: Create Lawn Services and group them into Programs

 

When you create a service, be sure to at least set the following information:

☐ Set Taxable Status

☐ Set Service Type Is the recurring like Mowing, or is it Standard: a single visit to the property. 

☐ Default a Service Description to educate your client

☐ Default the Materials (i.e. chemicals, fertilizer, mulch)

 

Step Two: Create your Materials and default them to your Service

Step Three: Determine your Pricing Methods

Step Four: Measure the Property with the Landscape Measuring Tool

 

Step Five: Send the Proposal and determine how you will bill the work 

Do you want to require a downpayment? 

Do you offer a discount for payment in full?

Do you want them to pay when a service is completed or as a contract?
