When you create a service, be sure to at least set the following information:
☐ Set Taxable Status
☐ Set Service Type Is the recurring like Mowing, or is it Standard: a single visit to the property.
☐ Default a Service Description to educate your client
☐ Default the Materials (i.e. chemicals, fertilizer, mulch)
Step Two: Create your Materials and default them to your Service
Step Three: Determine your Pricing Methods
*Sliding Scales, Price by Estimated Resources, and Price per Hour and Unit are displayed in this video.
Step Four: Measure the Property with the Landscape Measuring Tool
Step Five: Send the Proposal and determine how you will bill the work
Do you want to require a downpayment?
Do you offer a discount for payment in full?
Do you want them to pay when a service is completed or as a contract?
