PHC Use Case: Dutch Elm Disease

DUTCH ELM DISEASE SET UP CHECKLIST

1. Set up the service Dutch Elm with a description

  • [ ] Set a Renewal Interval so it renews on the third year
  • [ ] Set a Service Category and Section
  • [ ] Set a Pricing Model: Price Per Unit (Starter Subscription Strategy)*
  • [ ] Click here to learn about setting up a sliding scale for injections

2. Set up the Material Chemical Arbortect 

  • [ ] Set the Unit Cost, Unit of Measurement, Material Type
  • [ ] Set the Auto-calculation if you have a DBH measurement in your Plant Inventory as part of your subscription package. 
  • [ ] Default the Material to your Service so it automatically includes the cost and the chemical every time you bid Dutch Elm Disease

3. Add the service  to a Proposal and include Plant Inventory!

  • Notice how the correct amount of Arbortect has been calculated
  • Notice how the correct amount of time has been calculated
  • Check out how the service is profitable!
