Ongoing Indefinite services enable your crews using the Mobile Crew QR app to
scan a services bar code (from a work order), which in turn automatically adds
and schedules another service to the job. A use case for this feature is
snowplowing. We don’t know when or how many snow plowing services we are
going to do for the customer. Therefore, the crew can go to the customer's
property when it snows and use this feature to quickly add and schedule a new
service to the customers job.
