How to use the Batch Invoice Screen

The batch invoice screen allows you to turn in the completed or scheduled work in arborgold into invoices.

 

Introduction

In this guide, you'll learn how to efficiently use the batch invoice feature in Arborgold to select services, generate and send invoices, and manage communications with your clients.

Accessing the Batch Invoice Feature

Step 1: Go to the AR tab on the left navigation and select batch invoice.

 

Step 2: The batch invoice page displays all completed services ready for invoicing. Select one or more services to invoice, or click the box at the top left to select all.

Step 3: Click action to proceed with your selected services.

Generating and Communicating Invoices

Step 4: Choose one of the available options: generate invoices, invoice and communicate, or invoice and print PDF. Select invoice and communicate.

 

Step 5: When prompted, click yes to confirm you want to invoice the selected services with the specified date.

 

Step 6: Select your preferred invoice format.

 

Step 7: Decide whether to email already paid invoices and if you want to include auto bill customers.

Communicating with Clients

Step 8: Click communicate to move to the communication step.

 

Step 9: Select the recipients for your communication.

 

Step 10: Choose your pre-made email template or write one manually.

 

Step 11: Enable the E invoice option if required.

Finalizing and Sending Invoices

Step 12: If you need to print the invoice, click action and choose the Print option.

 

Step 14: Select send email to distribute the invoices.

 

Step 15: Confirm that you wish to send the email.
