The Employee Time Analytics dashboard helps in analyzing and comprehending the employee time for a specific service. Managers can track working time revenue, estimated hours, actual hours, actRPH, and estRPH of employees from the dashboard, providing them with a comprehensive overview of their workforce and their working patterns.

Employee Time analytics is designed to present the below KPIs and Insights

KPI Insights
All metrics You will know the total number of employees worked for the number of hours, for the specified period.
Employee Hours Report A detailed report on each employee along with their Estimated hours of work, Actual hours worked, and the variance.
Top 3 best-performing Employees per Crew This report gives us the three best-performing employees from each crew by evaluating the number of hours spent by them.
Employee Hours by Job For each crew, this report gives the employee details along with the service they worked on, with additional features.
Employee Hours by Service Category This helps us to understand the employee hours spent on each service category.
Top 5 Employee(s) Spent Less Time than Estimated This visualization gives us a picture of the top 5 employees who have spent less time than estimated.
Top 5 Employee(s) Spent More Time than Estimated This bar chart provides the top 5 employees who have spent more time than estimated.

Computed Fields

Revenue = SUM (Price) 

RPH = SUM(Price) / SUM(Hours)

Note* 

If the actual price is not set for the service, then an estimated price is considered.

These are the business constraints that are applied.

  • All the metrics are calculated for the applied date range filter.
  • We consider services that are either under the status of "Completed" or "Invoiced".

Filters

Using filters you can analyze by applying various search criteria, here are the available filters

Employee Name → Service Category → Job → Service → Performance → State → District → City
