Validating Job Sites

Validate addresses to ensure correct routing

 

This article will guide you through the process of adding and validating a new customer's address in Arbor Gold. This is crucial for ensuring accurate routing for estimators and work crews.

 

Step 1: Begin by navigating to the Customers Add New option.

 

 

Step 2: Enter the customer's name in the designated field on the left.

 

 

Step 3: Proceed to input the customer's service address.

 

 

 

Step 4: After entering the address, hit Save.

 

 

Step 5: Look for the Addresses tab at the top left and select it.

 

 

Step 6: Double-click to open the address.

 

 

You'll notice that the service address you entered appears.

 

 

 

Step 7: If the address isn't validated correctly, you'll need to adjust it. For instance, if the property is located elsewhere, click and drag the red PIN to the correct location.

 

 

Step 8: Click Save at the top right to confirm the changes. However, be aware of the Update Address button at the bottom left. Clicking it might shift the full service address.

 

 

For example, it could change the address to 210 Angel Canyon Road.

 

 

Most of the time, the customer will provide the correct address. Your job is to ensure the PIN is in the right location and then click Save at the top right.

 

 

And that's it! You've successfully validated a job site address.
