Customer Portal - service requests
How your customers can submit service requests through the customer portal feature
In the customer portal, registered customers can put in service requests, these go into your dashboard widget marked portal requests.
To put in service requests as a customer, click on service request on the left menu in the customer portal.
Select New Request/Message
Enter in message details and click create.
Back in arborgold cloud, you can double-click to open up the portal request, and you have 2 options:
Respond Only - this will respond back to the customer in their service request tab, but will not create a message
Respond and Create Message -this will respond back to the customer in their service request tab, and create a message in arborgold's message center.
