Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved the issue where the total Job amount for Recurring services was displaying incorrectly on the Customer Portal.
  • Resolved an issue where updates to service time tracks created from the Timesheet were not being applied successfully.
  • Resolved an issue where the clock-out time was not being calculated correctly when changing the hours.
  • Resolved an issue where an error was occurring when enabling the Tags column under Plant Inventory listing.
  • Resolved an issue where there were difficulties encountered when attempting to create a Purchase Order for a Job.
  • Resolved an issue where customers with a $0 account balance were incorrectly appearing on the batch statement screen.
  • Resolved an issue where events were not syncing properly with Google and Microsoft Calendars.
  • Resolved a problem with the Job Site Merge field where it was pulling the Billing Address instead of the correct Job site address.
  • Resolved an issue where the appointment reminder SMS continued to be sent even after the appointment was cancelled.

Improvements:

  • Resolved an issue where the Customer Tag filter was not functioning correctly in the CRM system.
  • Improved the functionality of the Crew dropdown so that it retains the previously selected crew even after the user clicks on the + Add new option and closes the window. 
  • Improved the Employee dropdown functionality so that it now retains the previously selected employee even after clicking on the + Add new option and closing the window. 
  • Resolved an issue where the "Created on" date filter column was not functioning properly on the Timesheet screen.
  • Resolved an issue where "Created on" and "Modified on" date filter columns were not functioning properly on the Deliveries Screen.
  • Resolved a problem where the "Deactivated on" date filter column was not functioning properly under the Deactivated Chart of Account List.
  • Resolved an issue with the "Service Batch Schedule Action" where services were being scheduled without a crew when there was no default crew set. Now, the services will be scheduled to the first crew listed in the crew dropdown.
