Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved the issue related to the 'Modify own customers' permission within the Mobile Estimator app.
  • Resolved the issue that was causing users to encounter errors when trying to send reset password links for the customer portal accounts.
  • Fixed the issue with the inconsistent date range filters on the Jobs listing screen under customer accounts.
  • Resolved the issue with the 'Load More' button on the invoice listing screen not loading records correctly, which was causing difficulties when emailing invoices.

Notable Feature Enhancements:

  • Implemented the functionality to remove scheduled services with a simple Right Click directly from the routing screen.
    You can now unschedule a service directly from the route screen with a right-click. This enhancement allows users to easily manage service schedules without closing the routing screen, making the process more efficient.

  • Implemented "Unschedule" feature in the Action menu for the list of "services not included in route" on the Route Screen.
    New action functions, including Include, Push, and Unschedule, have been added for services under the Route screen.

  • Ability to Create a Track from the Timesheet and Associate it with the Service
    If the crew fails to clock in an employee or if no track has been created for the service in Arborgold Crew, you can now create a track from the timesheet and associate it with the service. This completes our quest to link Timesheets and Job Costing.

  • View Prepaid Amount and Amount Due on Batch Invoice Listing
    We've added the ability to view the Prepaid Amount and Amount Due on the Batch Invoice listing, improving the tracking of existing pre-payments.

  • Searchable and Typeable Salesperson List in Appointment Scheduler
    The Salesperson list in the Appointment Scheduler can now be searched and typed, similar to the functionality on WS. This is a significant improvement for large companies that may have 50+ salespeople. Even for smaller companies, this update speeds up scheduling appointments.


  • Improved the loading speed of the customer information screen for a more efficient user experience.
  • Enhanced the user experience by fixing the issue where redirecting from the PI screen to the PI Dashboard was not closing the PI detail screen and opening the Dashboard in the background, causing confusion. Now, it opens in a new tab for a more seamless navigation.
  • Resolved the issue where data was not accurately displayed on the Delivery activity logs.
  • Enhanced UX by only triggering the Reminder for updating "Send Batch Invoices to this Email" field when modifying customer email(s), not when creating a new customer with filled fields.
  • Resolved the issue where the Sales Rep Field on the customer information screen incorrectly displayed the +Add New option as selected after opening and closing the Add new modal.
  • Optimized the job details tab in the Arborgold Crew app to improve the performance.
  • Resolved the issue where the system was displaying an object reference error when attempting to open the Group Scheduler.
  • Resolved the issue where the system was encountering an object reference error on the Timesheet screen.
