  • The issue of new Services, contract installments, and invoices not appearing on the Batch Invoice, Contract Invoice, and Invoices listing screens has been resolved.
  • Resolved the problem where updating permissions from the User admin was not having any effect.
  • The problem of not being able to save edits to resources on the Job Costing screen, where the save button did not respond when clicked, has been resolved.
  •  The navigation issue for purchase orders on the Pending POs tab has been resolved.
  • The issue with the Job Header and Profit and Loss table not loading on Job information screen has been resolved.
  • The problem with Plant Tags where PI Tags were not loading has been resolved.
  • Resolved payment processing issues related to incorrect credit card information and e-check failures.

Improvements:

  • Enhanced the list counts for the Files, e-proposal, and email tabs to accurately update the number of records when changes occur.
  • Enhanced the "Make a Default Billing" function for the Sub-customer feature.
  • Enhanced the Plant Inventory Association feature.
  • Improved the clock-in and clock-out functionality for the Arborgold Crew app.
  • The issue with the Selected Count functionality for the material listing has been resolved.
  • Fixed the issue where the communication option for jobs incorrectly showed the "Statement" option instead of offering the options to communicate the job as "Proposal" and "Follow up".
  • Resolved the issue where the Ellipses menu was not functioning properly on the Crew information screen.
  • Resolved the issue where the Total Jobs count was not updating correctly after deactivating a job.
  • Resolved the issue where users were unable to close the "Add New Equipment" modal from the Job Info Screen.
  • Resolved the issue where the batch invoice listing screens were displaying the selected items count from the contract invoice screen instead.
  • Fixed the issue where the system encountered an error when navigating to the Job Automation Templates Screen.
  • Resolved the issue where the Scheduled Crew route only appeared in the Arborgold Crew app when a second crew route was added in the cloud.
  • Fixed the issue where the Service Count column in the Crew Route listing incorrectly displayed the scheduled service count rather than showing the associated service count.
  • Resolved the issue where, after canceling the reschedule crew route function, the system continued to scheduled the route to the selected crew in the Arborgold Crew app.
