  • AJTA-19603 – Recalculate Scheduled Hours Option Incorrectly Shown on Renewals: Fixed an issue where the Recalculate Scheduled Hours option appeared under Edit Renewal, even though renewals don't use scheduling. This option no longer appears in that context.
  • AJTA-20787 – Scheduler Advanced Filter Not Returning Correct Results: Fixed an issue where the Advanced Service Filter in the Scheduler wasn't returning the expected filtered results. The filter now correctly narrows services by the selected criteria.
  • AJTA-21209 – Plant Inventory Map Pins Not Displaying and New Pins Failing to Save: Fixed an issue where existing Plant Inventory map pins weren't visible and newly added pins disappeared after saving. Pins now display and persist correctly.
  • AJTA-21375 – Job Costing Profit & Loss Box Shows Incorrect Amounts: Fixed an issue where the Profit and Loss box on the job screen showed incorrect dollar amounts and could freeze when expanding a service resource. Estimated, Completed, and Invoiced figures now display accurately.
  • AJTA-21382 – Job Costing Page Scrolls to Bottom After Posting RTI: Fixed an issue where the Job Costing page automatically scrolled to the bottom after posting an RTI and navigating back. The page now stays at the expected position.
  • AJTA-21383 – Service Resources Not Updating When Navigating Between Services: Fixed an issue in the Work Scheduler's Service Details popup where the Resources tab kept showing the previous service's resources after navigating to another service. The Resources tab now updates correctly.
  • AJTA-21388 – Keep Filters Not Preserving End Date on Job List: Fixed an issue where the Keep Filters end date reset after navigating away from or refreshing the Jobs screen. The full date range is now preserved as expected.
  • AJTA-21389 – Duplicate Clock-In Records Blocking Crew from Clocking Into Jobs: Fixed an issue where crew members could be clocked into a service multiple times, creating duplicate records that blocked them from clocking into other jobs. Each clock-in now creates a single record.
  • AJTA-21390 – Actual Hours Warning Showing Incorrectly on Jobs: Fixed an issue where a warning icon appeared on jobs even when actual hours were less than estimated hours. The warning now only appears when actual hours exceed the estimate.
  • AJTA-21468 – Service Line Item Numbers Assigned Randomly on New Jobs: Fixed an issue where service line item numbers were assigned randomly instead of sequentially when adding services to a new job. Item numbers now increment in the order services are added.
  • AJTA-21490 – Job Costing Shows $0 Despite Configured Resource Costs: Fixed an issue where Job Costing displayed $0 for a service line item even though the associated resources had costs configured. Costs now calculate and display correctly.
  • AJTA-21497 – Job Costing Page Skips Past Materials Section on Recurring Jobs: Fixed an issue where scrolling the Job Costing page for a recurring job with a long materials list skipped past the Materials and Time Activity sections. Both sections remain accessible while scrolling.
  • AJTA-21512 – Completed Services Not Showing on Job Page: Fixed an issue where services that appeared on the work scheduler weren't showing on the job page, preventing them from being invoiced. Completed services now display correctly on the job page.
  • AJTA-21553 – Copying a Service Restores Previously Deleted Services: Fixed an issue where copying a service on a job incorrectly restored all previously deleted services. Copying a service now only duplicates that service.
  • AJTA-21571 – Only Last Service Saves When Adding Multiple Services to a Job: Fixed an issue where adding multiple service lines to a job and saving would only persist the last one added, with no unsaved-changes warning. All added services now save correctly.
  • AJTA-21575 – Right-Click Copy on Service Description Duplicates Entire Line: Fixed an issue where right-clicking to copy selected text in a service description instead duplicated the entire service line. Copy now copies only the selected text.
  • AJTA-21578 – Service Create Date Missing on Work Order and Service Details Screens: Fixed an issue where the create date was blank for most service line items on the Work Order and Service Details screens. Create dates now display correctly.
  • AJTA-21593 – Equipment Names Containing 'International' Fail to Save: Fixed an issue where adding equipment with a name containing the word 'International' triggered a validation error and blocked saving. Equipment names now save regardless of wording.
  • AJTA-21599 – Add New Job Fails When Another Job Is Already Open: Fixed an issue where clicking +Add New on the All Jobs screen would hang if another job was already open, requiring a page refresh. The new job form now loads immediately.
  • AJTA-21686 – Service Line Columns Blank on Job Page: Fixed an issue where the Sch Visits, Cmp Visits, and Total Hrs columns showed no data on the job page. These columns now populate correctly.
  • AJTA-21800 – Work Scheduler Accepted Date Filter Missing Matching Jobs: Fixed an issue where filtering the Work Scheduler by Accepted Date didn't return all jobs accepted on that date. The filter now correctly returns all matching jobs.
  • AJTA-21931 – Clock-Out Issue Still Occurring on Some Jobs: Fixed a remaining issue causing clock-out failures on certain jobs, reported by an affected customer.
  • AJTA-21758 – Spell-Check Not Available in Service Description Quick View: Right-click spell-check and word correction were only available in the full Service Details screen, not in the Service Description Quick View. Spell-check now works consistently in both places.
  • AJTA-21803 – Add New Button Displays as Text When Adding Ad Source: Fixed an issue where the +Add New button displayed as plain text instead of a functional button when adding a new ad source under Job Info > Details.

AR / Payments & Invoicing 💳

  • AJTA-21051 – Deactivated Service Incorrectly Included on Invoice: Fixed an issue where a deactivated service was automatically added as a line item when invoicing an active service on the same job. Only active services are now included on invoices.
  • AJTA-21254 – Invoice Generated for Wrong Customer When Billing a Service Line: Fixed an issue where billing a service line could generate the invoice on a different customer's account and incorrectly cross-link the two accounts. Invoices now generate only for the selected customer.
  • AJTA-21594 – Incorrect Sales Tax Calculation on Invoices: Fixed an issue where GST sales tax calculated incorrectly on certain invoices generated from the mobile crew app. Sales tax now calculates correctly and consistently with the proposal.
  • AJTA-21744 – Batch Invoicing Fails With Error Message: Fixed an issue where initiating batch invoicing consistently failed with an error, blocking bulk invoice generation. Batch invoicing now completes successfully.
  • AJTA-21815 – Unable to Print Statement from Customer Portal: Fixed an issue where customers were unable to print their account statement from the Customer Portal. Statements now print correctly.

Integrations 🔗

  • AJTA-20019 – SiteOne Integration Shows Connected but Returns Pricing Error: Fixed an issue where SiteOne showed as successfully connected but returned a 'not connected' error when requesting pricing. Pricing requests now work correctly after connecting.
  • AJTA-21205 – Google Calendar Randomly Disconnecting: Fixed an issue where the Google Calendar integration would randomly disconnect, preventing scheduled jobs and appointments from syncing. The connection now stays persistent without requiring manual reconnection.
  • AJTA-21347 – Google Calendar Not Removing Deleted or Rescheduled Appointments: Fixed an issue where deleting or rescheduling an appointment in Arborgold left duplicate or stale events on Google Calendar. Deleted appointments are now removed, and rescheduled ones update the existing event.
  • AJTA-21369 – QuickBooks Customer Unmatch Fails with Entity Attach Error: Fixed an issue where unmatching a QuickBooks Online customer failed with an Entity Attach Error. Customers can now be unmatched successfully.
  • AJTA-21537 – Web Leads Form Returning 401 Unauthorized Error: Fixed an issue where submitting the Web Leads form returned a 401 Unauthorized error, blocking new lead capture. The form now submits successfully.
  • AJTA-21547 – QuickBooks Export Triggers Unsolicited Invoice Email to Customer: Fixed an issue where exporting an invoice to QuickBooks Online immediately sent an unsolicited 'invoice ready' email to the customer. Exporting to QuickBooks no longer triggers customer emails.
  • AJTA-21591 – Google Calendar Appointment Not Removed After Deleting in Arborgold: Fixed an issue where canceling an appointment in Arborgold didn't remove the corresponding event from the connected Google Calendar. Cancelled appointments are now removed from Google Calendar as expected.

Messaging & Communications 💬

  • AJTA-21538 – Marketing Automation Campaigns Cannot Be Created or Saved: Fixed an issue where users were unable to create or save automation marketing campaigns. Campaigns can now be created and saved without errors.
  • AJTA-21586 – Proposal Approval Email Job Link No Longer Opens Correct Job: Fixed an issue where the job link in a proposal approval email failed to open the correct job. The link now opens the corresponding job as expected.
  • AJTA-21717 – Automation Campaigns Not Resuming After AWS Migration: Fixed an issue where appointment, SMS, and job/marketing automation campaigns stopped sending after the AWS environment migration. The system now automatically detects and restores any missing automation schedules on startup, so customers continue receiving scheduled communications without manual intervention.
  • AJTA-21762 – Error Navigating to Email Template Screen With Template Disabled: Fixed an issue where navigating to the Email Template screen in Appointment Automation threw an error when the 'Use Email Template' toggle was disabled. The screen now opens without error regardless of the toggle state.
  • AJTA-21819 – SMS Template Dropdown Not Loading in User Settings: Fixed an issue where the SMS Template Default dropdown in User Settings failed to load available templates. Users can now select a default SMS template correctly.
  • AJTA-21422 – Automated Work Reminder Texts Sending Twice: Fixed an issue where automated work reminder texts were sent twice for the same trigger. Each automated reminder now sends exactly one message.

Chemicals & Materials ⚗️

  • AJTA-19166 – Create Purchase Order Option Disappearing After Inventory Search: Fixed an issue where the Create Purchase Order option disappeared from the Action menu after searching for an inventory item. The option now remains available.
  • AJTA-19881 – PO/Bill by Inventory Limited to Mixtures Only: Fixed an issue where creating a PO or Bill by Inventory only allowed selecting Mixtures. All applicable inventory item types can now be selected.
  • AJTA-21360 – Vendor Details Not Loading Immediately on Add PO/Add Bill: Fixed an issue where vendor details didn't populate immediately when navigating to Add PO or Add Bill from the Vendor list. Vendor information now loads right away.
  • AJTA-21405 – Material Unit Price Builder Edits Not Saving: Fixed an issue where edits made in the Material Unit Price Builder reverted to previous values after clicking Save. Changes are now saved correctly.
  • AJTA-21567 – Bulk Update Default Resource Stalls and Alters Service Materials: Fixed an issue where the bulk Update Default Resource action would stall partway through and delete or triple material quantities on affected services. The batch operation now completes reliably without altering material quantities.

Reporting & Analytics 📊

  • AJTA-21447 – Plant Inventory Analytics Report Shows No Data Found: Fixed an issue where the Plant Inventory Analytics report displayed 'No Data Found' despite inventory data being entered. The report now correctly displays all entered data.

Customers & Contacts 👥

  • AJTA-21739 – Duplicate Display Name Allowed When Saving Customer Record: Fixed an issue where a customer record could be saved with a Display Name that already existed for another customer. Duplicate Display Names are no longer allowed.
  • AJTA-21807 – Timeout Error Displayed Despite Successful Display Name Update: Fixed an issue where updating a customer's display name showed a timeout or 'OK' error message even though the update completed successfully. The correct confirmation now displays.

Settings & Configuration ⚙️

  • AJTA-21514 – Login Error Preventing Users From Signing In: Fixed an issue where some users encountered a database error when attempting to log in. Login now completes successfully.
  • AJTA-21804 – Overhead & Job Costing Setup Screen Not Working: Fixed an issue where the Overhead & Job Costing Setup screen threw a console error and wouldn't save changes. The screen now saves changes correctly.
  • AJTA-20927 – Error on Dashboard Screen After Login: Fixed an issue causing an error to appear on the Dashboard screen after logging in.

Proposals & Estimates 📄

  • AJTA-20605 – Sliding Scale Distance Minimum Price Not Applied to Final Service Price: Fixed an issue where the Distance Minimum Price in Sliding Scale pricing wasn't included in the final displayed Service Price. The final price now matches the calculation summary.

 Notable Feature Enhancement:


    • Minimum Charge Per Service: Added the ability to set a minimum charge per service (e.g., irrigation repair, bed maintenance), so customers are never billed less than your defined show-up fee — even when the crew spends less time than a full billable hour. The minimum charge can be set directly on the Service edit form.
    • Customizable E-Proposal Notes Placement and Header: Added new E-Proposal Settings that let you move proposal notes to the top of the e-proposal and set a custom header label, so customers see important context in a prominent callout before reviewing services.
    • SMS Automation Management Tools Added: Added the ability to list, cancel, and manually trigger SMS automation campaigns, giving support and admins more control over scheduled text communications.
    • E-Proposal Interactive PDF Form Fields: Added interactive PDF form fields to e-proposals.

    • Slow Loading on Deactivated Customer and Deactivated Messages Lists: Improved loading performance for the Deactivated Customer List and Deactivated Messages List, which previously took as long as 30+ seconds to load. Both lists now load significantly faster.
    • Deactivated Job List Taking Over a Minute to Load: Improved loading performance for the Deactivated Job List, which previously took over a minute to load. The list now loads significantly faster.
    • Clock-In API Improvements: Made backend improvements to the Clock-In API to improve reliability.

    Settings & Configuration ⚙️

    • Data Export Security Hardening: Hardened server-side authorization checks around customer data export functionality.
    • Input Handling Security Hardening (Messages & Tasks): Improved input sanitization and encoding for stored content in messages and tasks.
    • Page Embedding Security Hardening: Added response headers to control how application pages can be embedded, improving overall security posture.
