AJTA-20164 – Resource Names Printing Incorrectly on Work Orders: Fixed an issue where resource names with special characters (such as apostrophes) were printing as unreadable symbols on Work Orders.

AJTA-19896 – Scheduling Assistant Map Not Loading Appointments: Fixed an issue where the Scheduling Assistant map was not displaying any appointments and remained stuck on a loading screen.

AJTA-19841 – Estimated Hours Not Copying to Recurring Services: Fixed an issue where estimated hours were not being carried over to child services when setting up recurring service groups.

AJTA-19716 – Default Materials Duplicating and Resource Replacement Not Working: Fixed an issue where adding a bundle caused default materials to duplicate, and the option to add and replace existing resources was not functioning correctly.

AJTA-19331 – Renewal Batch Pricing Updates Failing to Save: Fixed an issue where updating pricing for services within a renewal batch would fail to load and changes could not be saved.

AJTA-19112 – Scheduled Services Not Appearing in Work Scheduler: Fixed an issue where scheduled services were not displaying in the Work Scheduler.

AJTA-18611 – Ongoing Services Generating New Visits After Invoicing: Fixed an issue where ongoing indefinite services continued creating new visits even after the job had already been invoiced.

AJTA-19879 – Job Count in Job List Not Matching Status Filter Results: Fixed an issue where the total job count in the Job List did not match the count shown when filtering by a specific status.

AJTA-19368 – Renewal Sliding Scale Pricing Not Applying Updates: Fixed an issue where updating renewal pricing using a sliding scale price list would spin indefinitely and fail to apply the new prices.

AJTA-19888 – Contract Service Status Not Updating After Being Marked Complete: Fixed an issue where marking a contract service as Completed did not update its status in the Contract List view.

AJTA-19822 – Sent E-Proposals Not Visible Under E-Proposal Tab: Fixed an issue where sent e-proposals were not appearing under the E-Proposal tab, even though they were visible in the Emails tab.

AJTA-19547 – Proposals Printing as Blank Pages in Batch Print: Fixed an issue where proposals were printing as blank pages when using the batch print option.

AJTA-19964 – E-Proposal Acceptance Emails Not Delivered to Employees: Fixed an issue where employees were not receiving confirmation emails when a customer accepted an e-proposal.

AJTA-19656 – Employee Signatures Missing from Proposal Formats: Fixed an issue where employee signatures were not displaying on proposal formats, even when properly configured in employee settings.

AJTA-19882 – Re-Accepting a Job Proposal Not Updating Status: Fixed an issue where re-accepting a job proposal showed a success message but the proposal status did not actually change.

AJTA-19668 – Invoice Number Search Not Returning Results: Fixed an issue where searching for an invoice number using the global search bar or the payments screen was not returning any results.

AJTA-19465 – Customer Portal Payments Failing to Process: Fixed an issue where customers were unable to complete payments through the customer portal due to a payment processing error.

AJTA-19665 – Applied Credits Not Offsetting Finance Charges in AR: Fixed an issue where credits applied to a customer account were not reducing finance charges in Accounts Receivable.

AJTA-19194 – Processed Payments Delayed on the Payments Export Screen: Fixed an issue where payments appeared in customer accounts right away but took over an hour to show up on the Payments export screen.

AJTA-18817 – Plant Inventory Items Missing from Job Site Map: Fixed an issue where plant inventory items were not appearing on the Job Site Map for scheduled services.

AJTA-19616 – Reports Not Loading When Filtered by a Tag: Fixed an issue where reports failed to load when a tag filter was applied, but worked correctly when no tag was selected.

AJTA-19670 – Google Calendar Reconnection Showing a Blank Page: Fixed an issue where reconnecting a Google Calendar integration resulted in a blank white page instead of completing the setup.

Customer & Contact Management 👥

AJTA-18852 – Customer Account Numbers Assigned Out of Sequential Order: Fixed an issue where new customer account numbers were not being assigned in sequential order.

Mobile Estimator & Field Tools 📱

AJTA-18609 – Timesheet GPS Displaying Incorrect Employee Locations: Fixed an issue where GPS data on timesheets was showing incorrect locations for employees.


✨ Feature Enhancements — 2-Way Texting


Create customer contacts from unknown text senders: Added a Conversations feature that flags new text messages from unsaved or unknown numbers and lets you quickly create a customer contact directly from those messages.

Mark conversations as spam: Added spam detection in Conversations to help you identify text messages from unsaved or unknown numbers and mark them as spam. Once a conversation is marked as spam, future text messages from that number are blocked and will no longer appear.

Configurable Appointment Reminder Timing for Automated Texts: Added the ability to set how many days before an appointment automated reminder texts are sent to customers.

AJTA-19890 – Weather Information Not Saving in Service Details: Fixed an issue where weather information entered in Service Details could not be saved from the Services tab in Job List.

AJTA-19889 – Copied Service Not Carrying Over Original Cost: Fixed an issue where copying a service in Job Info did not carry over the original service cost, leaving the cost field blank.

AJTA-17276 – Unable to Remove Employee Resource When Editing Renewals: Fixed an issue where employee resources could not be removed when editing renewal services through the Manage Resources action. ---

Invoicing & Payments 💳

AJTA-20073 – Adyen Surcharge Amounts Displaying in Incorrect Format: Fixed an issue where surcharge amounts were not formatted correctly during the Adyen payment process.

AJTA-20072 – Outdated Mastercard Surcharge Step Removed from Adyen Enrollment:  Fixed an issue where an outdated Mastercard surcharge form step was appearing during Adyen enrollment; this step has been removed as it is no longer required. 

General Performance & Stability ⚙️

AJTA-19895 – Bill Payments Failing to Export to QuickBooks Online: Fixed an issue where bill payments were not exporting to QuickBooks Online due to inactive vendor accounts. 

Customer & Contact Management 👥

AJTA-19724 – Customer Phone Number Search Slow and Returning Inaccurate Results: Fixed an issue where searching for a customer by phone number was slow and sometimes returned incorrect results.
