AJTA-18080 – Job Screen Slow to Load with Sliding Scale Pricing: Fixed an issue where service lines on the Job screen took an unusually long time to load for accounts using Sliding Scale pricing on their services.
AJTA-18511 – Site Slowness & Unexpected Logouts: Fixed an issue where some users experienced slow page loading and were randomly logged out while navigating their Arborgold site.
AJTA-19430 – General Site Slowness: Fixed an issue where users experienced overall site slowness and were occasionally logged out of Arborgold without warning.
AJTA-19433 – Service Lines Not Loading on Job Screen: Fixed an issue where service lines failed to appear when opening a job, leaving the screen stuck on a loading indicator.
AJTA-19532 – Jobs List Not Loading Without Advanced Search: Fixed an issue where the All Jobs screen would only display results when Advanced Search was enabled; disabling it caused the list to spin indefinitely.
AJTA-19552 – Slow Route Printing from Scheduler: Fixed an issue where printing routes from the Work Scheduler took significantly longer than expected to load and generate.
AJTA-19610 – Job List Not Loading for Some Users: Fixed an issue where the job listing screen would not load for certain users, showing a spinning wheel indefinitely even when jobs existed.
AJTA-19627 – Customer Search Delay: Fixed an issue where searching for a customer by name caused a delay of up to 30 seconds before results appeared.

AJTA-18467 – Error Opening Group Scheduler: Fixed an error that appeared when opening the Group Scheduler under Appointment Scheduler, which prevented users from accessing that scheduling view.
AJTA-18611 – New Visits Scheduled After Invoicing on Ongoing Services: Fixed an issue where the system continued scheduling new visits for Ongoing Indefinite services after the previous visit had already been invoiced, resulting in unwanted duplicate visits.
AJTA-18861 – Default Service Quantity Not Applied from Group Program: Fixed an issue where adding a service through a Group Program did not apply the configured default quantity, defaulting to 1 instead of the correct value.
AJTA-18914 – Scheduler Incorrectly Shows "Some Services Completed": Fixed an issue where the Scheduler displayed the "some services completed" indicator for a date even after all services had been marked as fully completed.
AJTA-18932 – Renewed Services Not Appearing in Service List: Fixed an issue where newly scheduled recurring services were visible on the Scheduler but did not appear in the service list under the Renewals tab.
AJTA-19112 – Error Viewing Scheduled Work in Work Scheduler: Fixed an error that prevented users from viewing their scheduled work in the Work Scheduler, showing an error message instead of the expected schedule.
AJTA-19539 – Hours Warning Showing on All Service Lines: Fixed an issue where the hours warning indicator appeared on every service line regardless of hours worked. The warning now only appears when actual hours exceed the scheduled estimate.
AJTA-19569 – Service Tags Not Showing in Work Scheduler: Fixed an issue where service tags were visible when viewing a service from the Job screen but did not appear when viewing the same service from the Work Scheduler.
AJTA-19582 – Error Saving Job Service Lines: Fixed an issue where saving changes to service lines on a job returned an error, causing some line items to not save or disappear.
AJTA-19590 – Duplicate Services in Work Scheduler: Fixed an issue where some services appeared twice in the Work Scheduler, creating duplicate entries for the same scheduled work.

AJTA-18714 – Customer Signatures Missing from Proposal PDF: Fixed an issue where customer signatures collected on accepted e-proposals were not printing on the PDF version of the proposal.
AJTA-18925 – Service Images Not Fully Visible in E-Proposal: Fixed an issue where service images included in an e-proposal could not be fully viewed without downloading the image to the device first.
AJTA-19029 – E-Proposal Communication Tab Shows Duplicate Entry: Fixed an issue where the communication tab showed two e-proposal entries even though only one e-proposal email was actually sent.
AJTA-19512 – Accept Button Missing on Revised E-Proposals: Fixed an issue where the "Accept Proposal" button was not available after a proposal had been revised and resent following a customer's change request.
AJTA-19567 – Error When Sending a Proposal: Fixed an issue where clicking "Send Proposal" displayed a long loading spinner followed by an error, preventing the proposal from being sent.
AJTA-19589 – "View Signed Proposal" Button Missing: Fixed an issue where the button to view a signed proposal was not appearing on jobs where the customer had already accepted the e-proposal.

AJTA-17870 – Unable to Re-Export Invoices: Fixed an issue that prevented users from re-exporting invoices that had previously been exported.
AJTA-19049 – Invoice Email Attachment Carries Over to Next Customer: Fixed an issue where an attachment added to an invoice email remained stuck when composing emails to subsequent customers from the AR > Invoices screen. The attachment now clears correctly after each email is sent.
AJTA-19255 – Error Using Wisetack Financing: Fixed an error that appeared when customers attempted to use Wisetack financing through their payment form, preventing them from completing the financing process.
AJTA-19591 – Error on Financing Payment Form: Fixed an issue where selecting the financing option on the payment form returned an error and prevented customers from completing their payment.
AJTA-19609 – Error Applying for Wisetack Financing: Fixed an issue where users received an error message when attempting to start a Wisetack financing application from the payment screen.

AJTA-19143 – Phone Number Format Changed After Update: Fixed an issue introduced in a recent update that caused customer phone numbers to reformat from the standard XXX-XXX-XXXX style to +1(XXX)XXX-XXXX, disrupting customer search and SMS messaging workflows. Phone numbers now retain their original formatting.
AJTA-19177 – SMS Phone Number Filter Not Working on Customer Screen: Fixed an issue where the SMS phone number filter on the customer screen was not returning the expected results.
AJTA-19496 – Total Customer Count Showing as Zero: Fixed an issue where the customer count displayed at the top of the All Customers page showed zero instead of the correct total.
AJTA-19533 – Error Generating Customer List: Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to generate a customer list, which blocked the list from loading and displayed an error message.
AJTA-19549 – Customer Search Not Finding by First and Last Name: Fixed an issue where searching for a customer by their first and last name returned no results, even though searching by their display name worked correctly.
AJTA-19585 – Global Customer Search by Address Not Returning Results: Fixed an issue where searching for a customer using their address in the global search bar did not return any results.
AJTA-19605 – Error Saving Changes on Customer Page: Fixed an issue where saving certain changes on the customer detail page displayed a syntax error and prevented the update from going through.

AJTA-18675 – Job Listing Not Loading for Inventory Items: Fixed an issue where the Job Listing tab for certain materials in the SCM > Inventory section would not load, displaying a spinning wheel with no results.
Mobile Estimator & Field Tools 📱
AJTA-18827 – Unable to Complete Jobs via QR App: Fixed an issue where crew members were unable to mark certain services as complete using the QR app. Affected jobs can now be closed directly from the field.
AJTA-18828 – Map Zooms Out When Adding Plant Inventory: Fixed an issue in the Mobile Estimator where the map automatically zoomed out each time a Plant Inventory item was saved, losing the user's preferred zoom level.
AJTA-18854 – Prepay Now Button Not Available on Mobile: Fixed an issue where the Prepay Now button was not visible on the Mobile Estimator for customers needing to prepay for services.
AJTA-19607 – Sliding Scale Pricing Not Updating Correctly on Mobile Estimator: Fixed an issue where services using Sliding Scale pricing did not calculate the correct price after editing service details on the Mobile Estimator app. General performance on the app has also been improved.

AJTA-18616 – Sales Totals in Analytics Not Matching Business Report: Fixed an issue where the sales figures in the Analytics screen did not match the totals in the Business Report. Analytics now reflects accurate sales data.
AJTA-19028 – Error on Reporting Visualizations Screen: Fixed an error that occurred when opening Reporting > Visualizations > Customers, which prevented the visualization from loading.
AJTA-19116 – Error Opening Visualizations: Fixed an issue where users received an error when navigating to Reporting > Visualizations, preventing charts from displaying.

AJTA-18778 – Job Automation Email Templates Reverting to Wrong Content: Fixed an issue where Job Automation email templates were unexpectedly changing on their own, causing automated emails to go out with incorrect or blank content.
AJTA-19584 – Crew User Permission Not Saving: Fixed an issue where enabling the "View WO Notes" permission for crew users did not save and reverted back after the page was refreshed.
Communication & 2-Way Texting 🔔
AJTA-19335 – Two-Way Texting Displaying Wrong Customer Information: Fixed multiple issues in the 2-Way Texting screen where customer names and conversations were displaying incorrectly — including messages appearing under the wrong customer and replies being routed to the wrong contact.
AJTA-19546 – Customer Replies Showing as Outgoing Messages: Fixed an issue where incoming text messages from customers were displayed on the sent side of the conversation, making them appear as if the user had sent them.
AJTA-19632 – SMS Customer Replies Failing to Send: Fixed an issue where customer replies to SMS messages were failing due to an authentication error, causing reply failures for multiple team members.

AJTA-18977 – Bulk Plant Inventory Tag Updates Now Apply Immediately: Improved the batch tag action in the Plant Inventory section so that tags that are applied or removed are reflected on screen right away, without needing to refresh the page.
Invoicing & Payments 💳
AJTA-18939 – Partial Payments Now Reflected on Bill Listing Screen: Improved the Bill Listing screen to correctly display partial payment amounts in the Amount Paid column. Also resolved an issue where entering a payment amount with three or more digits prevented typing after the decimal point on the Create Payment screen.
Customer & Contact Management 👥
AJTA-19130 – Improved Customer Matching for Text Automations: Updated the customer sync process so that when a text automation is triggered and a phone number is shared between an active and inactive customer, the message is correctly linked to the active customer.
AJTA-19455 – Customer, Job, and Job Information Listing Improvements: Made several improvements to how customers, jobs, and job details are displayed in listing screens, improving load speed and overall usability.
Mobile Estimator & Field Tools 📱
AJTA-18922 – Weather Images Now Displaying in Crew App: Resolved an issue where weather condition images were not appearing under the Weather tab in the Crew app's Service Details screen. Weather images now display correctly alongside temperature, humidity, and wind details.
AJTA-19447 – Service Tags Added in Crew App Now Sync to Cloud: Service tags added through the AG Crew app now appear on the corresponding service card in the Cloud, keeping service information consistent across both platforms.
Communication & 2-Way Texting 🔔
AJTA-18668 – Improved Tracking for Automated Text Reminders: Enhanced monitoring of automated text reminders — including appointment, job, and proposal reminders — to better ensure delivery reliability across the system.
AJTA-19084 – Support Team Can Now View Two-Way Texting When Enabled: When Two-Way Texting is active on an account, support staff can now view and troubleshoot the feature exactly as the customer sees it, enabling faster resolution of texting issues.
AJTA-19501 – Navigation Improved in Two-Way Texting for Unlinked Conversations: Improved the navigation experience in the Two-Way Texting screen for conversations where a customer profile is not yet linked, preventing errors when accessing those chats.
