• AJTA-22768 – Draw and Edit Lines in the Mobile Measuring Tool: Added the ability to draw and edit linear measurements in the mobile measuring tool so that crews can capture lengths on site.
• AJTA-22769 – Linear Measures Shown in Crew Mobile Job-Site Views: Updated crew mobile job-site views to show linear measures in linear feet so that lengths are not mistaken for areas.

• AJTA-23189 – Prepayments Applied Automatically to Invoices in QuickBooks Desktop: Introduced automatic application of a prepayment to its invoice in QuickBooks Desktop during sync so that accounting no longer matches them by hand.

• AJTA-22459 – Services Tab Intermittently Errors When Opening on a Job: Fixed an issue where the Services tab on a job would spin and show an error when selected. The tab now loads reliably.
• AJTA-22955 – Service Est. Hrs Changes When Material Time Auto-Calculate Is On: Fixed an issue where adding a service with an auto-calculating material changed the service's Est. Hrs to the material time. Est. Hrs now calculate consistently.
• AJTA-22986 – Recurring Scheduling Creates Duplicate Service Records: Fixed an issue where adding days to a recurring job created duplicate service records on the same day. Each occurrence now creates one service record.
• AJTA-23110 – Scheduler Splits a Single Job Address Into Separate Route Stops: Fixed an issue where one job at one address appeared as two stops on a route. It now appears as a single stop.
• AJTA-23111 – Job Accepted Date Missing on Job Details: Fixed an issue where the Job Accepted Date was blank after a customer accepted a job. The date now fills in correctly.
• AJTA-23155 – PI Association Data Not Refreshing and Service Count Showing Summed Quantity: Fixed an issue where PI associations did not display after saving until a manual refresh, and the service count showed summed quantities. Data now updates immediately and the count is corrected.
• AJTA-23239 – Error Viewing a Customer's Jobs Services Tab: Fixed an issue where the Services tab under a customer's Jobs threw an error. The tab now loads correctly.
• AJTA-23265 – Scheduled Appointment Missing From Scheduler Day View: Fixed an issue where an appointment with identical start and end times appeared in the grid but not on the Day view. It now shows on the calendar.
• AJTA-23303 – Crew App Job Detail Fails to Load: Fixed an issue where opening a work order in the Crew app stayed on "Loading your data" and showed a server error. Job details now load correctly.
• AJTA-23308 – Unscheduling a Service Reverted an Updated Price: Fixed an issue where unscheduling a service reset an updated price to the original estimate. The updated price is now kept.
• AJTA-23317 – Bulk Renewal Tag Edit Fails on Large Sets: Fixed an issue where bulk-editing service tags on a large set of renewals failed with an error. Bulk tag updates now complete.
• AJTA-23360 – Equipment Act. Hrs Shows Total Estimated Hours: Fixed an issue where equipment resources showed total Estimated Hours as Act. Hrs when no time was tracked. They now show the hours distributed per resource.
• AJTA-23372 – Job Save Button Does Not Reliably Show Saved State: Fixed an issue where the job screen Save button flashed green and reverted to orange, or never turned green. It now clearly confirms when work is saved.
• AJTA-23507 – Job Costing Est. Hrs Resets to 0: Fixed an issue where Est. Hrs reset to 0 so job cost was not calculated. Est. Hrs now keep their value and job cost calculates.
• AJTA-23571 – Crew Clock-Out Hours Copied in Full to Every Service on a Job: Fixed an issue where clocking out of a job with multiple services gave every service each crew member's full clock time, overstating labor hours in job costing. Each person's hours are now split across the services, and crew leads can still adjust the split on Review Time.

• AJTA-23293 – Sliding Scale Fails to Open for Service With Thousands of Trees: Fixed an issue where Sliding Scale errored when opened for a service line with about 2,000 trees. It now opens regardless of tree count.

AR / Payments & Invoicing 💳

• AJTA-22461 – QuickBooks Desktop Web Connector Errors During Payment Export: Fixed an issue where the QuickBooks Desktop Web Connector repeatedly threw an unrecoverable error during payment export. Payment exports now complete without interruption.
• AJTA-22956 – Recreated Invoice Assigned Another Customer's Invoice Number: Fixed an issue where an invoice recreated after a deletion received a number already used by another customer. New invoices now get a unique number.
• AJTA-23238 – Fully Paid Invoice Shows "Not Paid" Status: Fixed an issue where an invoice paid by check plus credit memo still showed "Not Paid." The status now reflects the payments applied.
• AJTA-23463 – Class Missing on Surcharge Line When Exporting to QuickBooks Online: Fixed an issue where the surcharge line exported to QuickBooks Online without its Class. The Class set on the surcharge service now exports.
• AJTA-23542 – Pay Now Link in Device-Email Invoice Emails (Crew App): Improved invoices sent from the Crew app with Device email so that Pay Now shows as a visible, working link customers can use to pay.

• AJTA-22578 – Phone Number Labels Lost When Enabling Two-Way Texting: Fixed an issue where descriptive text stored in a phone number field was lost when the SMS toggle was turned on. That text is now preserved in the Optional Label field.
• AJTA-22735 – Customer Selections Cleared While Scrolling the Customer List: Fixed an issue where checked customer records became unchecked when scrolling loaded more records. Selections now remain in place.
• AJTA-22983 – Messages Not Defaulting to the Customer's Default Address: Fixed an issue where new messages and appointments pre-filled the wrong address. They now default to the customer's designated default address.
• AJTA-23445 – Caller ID Calls Not Linking to Customers After +1 Phone Format: Fixed an issue where incoming calls were no longer logged on the customer record after numbers moved to +1 format. Calls link to customers again.

• AJTA-22700 – Email Outbox Batch Resend Redirects to Legacy Email Screen: Fixed an issue where resending filtered Failed emails from the Email Outbox opened the old email screen. The selected emails are now resent directly.
• AJTA-23105 – Statement Attachment Always Shows the Most Recent Statement: Fixed an issue where opening a statement attachment from Communications or the Outbox showed the latest statement. It now shows the statement that was actually sent.
• AJTA-23216 – Thank-You Email Sends With a Blank Body: Fixed an issue where the "Thank you for your business" automation email was sent with no body content. The email now shows its full configured content.
• AJTA-23312 – 14-Day Follow-Up Sent on the Same Day as the 3-Day Follow-Up: Fixed an issue where the 14-day job follow-up automation fired the same day as the 3-day follow-up. Follow-ups now honor their delays.
• AJTA-23313 – Duplicate Two-Way Texts for Automated Proposal Follow-Ups: Fixed an issue where automated proposal follow-ups were sent twice by SMS. Each follow-up now sends once.
• AJTA-23460 – Job Accepted Follow-Up Campaign Not Firing: Fixed an issue where the Job Accepted automation campaign did not send follow-ups. The campaign now fires as configured.
• AJTA-23464 – Day-Before SMS Job Reminder Not Sending Correctly: Fixed an issue where Day Before job reminders were not sent, or sent two days early without date and time. Reminders now send one day before with details.
• AJTA-23466 – Same-Day Appointment Reminder Text Says "Tomorrow": Fixed an issue where the day-of appointment reminder text referred to the appointment as tomorrow. It now correctly says today.
• AJTA-23476 – Two-Way Texting Start Conversation Fails With "Mobile Number Exists": Fixed an issue where Start Conversation failed with a "Mobile number exists" error although only one customer had that number. Conversations now start correctly.
• AJTA-23483 – Follow-Up and Proposal Accepted Campaigns Not Working: Fixed an issue where the Follow-Up and Proposal Accepted marketing campaigns were not sending properly. The campaigns now run as expected.

• AJTA-23237 – Sales Analytics Accepted Jobs and Revenue Differ Between Reports: Fixed an issue where two Sales Analytics reports showed different Accepted Jobs and Revenue figures for the same rep and period. The reports now match.
• AJTA-23305 – Top 10 Jobs Won Revenue Doubled for Recurring Jobs: Fixed an issue where Top 10 Jobs Won added parent and child job amounts together, doubling revenue. It now reflects the correct job total.

Settings & Configuration ⚙️

• AJTA-23104 – Overhead Setup Save Fails With Only OH Exp Margin Entered: Fixed an issue where the Save button on Overhead Setup did not work when only OH Exp Margin was filled in. Save now works regardless of which fields are populated.

Integrations 🔗

• AJTA-23023 – Outlook Calendar Connection Never Activates: Fixed an issue where Calendar Setup kept showing no active calendar provider after a successful Microsoft login. The Outlook connection now activates.
• AJTA-23142 – Warning Prompt on Calendar Setup Page: Added a warning prompt on the Calendar Setup page so that users know changes may disrupt their Google Calendar integration before proceeding.

Performance & Stability 🏎️

• AJTA-23279 – Slow Month-to-Month Navigation in the Work Scheduler: Improved Work Scheduler performance so that moving between months loads faster with less time on the loading spinner.
• AJTA-23285 – Job Time Analytics Page Slow and Failing to Load: Fixed an issue where the Job > Operations > Time > Analytics page loaded very slowly and then errored. It now loads promptly.

• AJTA-22291 – Job Search (Optimized) Fails With a Database Error: Fixed an issue where Job Search in Optimized mode could fail with a database error when comparing text fields. Searches now complete reliably.
• AJTA-22682 – Geo Code Execute Fails After Prolonged Loading: Fixed an issue where clicking Execute on Geo Code spun for about a minute and then displayed an error. Geo coding now completes successfully.
• AJTA-23103 – Group Scheduler Communicate Action Ignores Selected Services: Fixed an issue where Communicate in the Group Scheduler asked users to select an item even when services were selected. The selection is now recognized.

• AJTA-22755 – Batch Invoice Listing Times Out With Large Data Volumes: Fixed an issue where the Batch Invoice listing timed out when All was selected with a large amount of data. The listing now loads efficiently.

Messaging & Communications 💬

• AJTA-23120 – Remove Text Button Not Working on Scheduled Texts: Fixed an issue where clicking Remove Text on the Scheduled Texts page did nothing. Scheduled texts are now removed and the page updates.
• AJTA-23164 – Duplicate Popups When Double-Clicking "I Want a New Local Number": Fixed an issue where double-clicking "I want a new local number" opened two popups. Only one popup now opens.

Settings & Configuration ⚙️

• AJTA-23113 – No Redirect to Login After Clearing Browser Storage on 2FA Screen: Fixed an issue where users stayed on the 2FA screen after browser storage was cleared and the page reloaded. Users are now returned to the Login screen.
