• AJTA-22376 – Added E-Proposal Link to SMS Merge Fields: Added an E-Proposal Link merge field to the SMS Merge Fields menu so users can insert a signable proposal link directly into a text message without sending an email first.
• AJTA-22379 – Unified E-Proposal Link Across Email and Text: Updated e-proposal links so email and text sends for the same proposal point to the same proposal and signature record, avoiding duplicate or conflicting links.
• AJTA-22847 – Desktop Sliding Scale Calculator Now Matches Mobile Estimator Pricing: Updated the desktop sliding scale calculator to use the current plant measure and display the previous value, so pricing matches Mobile Estimator for the same service.
• AJTA-22848 – Sliding Scale Calculator Reports a Clear Measure When No Plant Items Are Associated: Improved the sliding scale calculator to return a definitive zero measure when a service has no Plant Inventory items associated, instead of falling back on stale data.

Accounts Receivable & Payments 💳

• AJTA-21926 – Month-End Auto-Pay Batch Timing Out and Causing Duplicate Charges: Fixed an issue where large month-end auto-pay batches timed out, forcing staff to re-run batches and causing duplicate charges. Auto-pay batches now process the full run without timing out or double-charging customers.
• AJTA-21927 – Intermittent Error Message When Entering Payments: Fixed an issue where a misleading error message intermittently appeared when entering payments even though the payment succeeded. Payment entry no longer shows this false error.
• AJTA-21966 – Payment Records Showing $0.00 Instead of Actual Amount: Fixed an issue where a successfully processed ACH payment displayed as $0.00 in the payment history. Payment records now show the correct processed amount.
• AJTA-22090 – Batch Invoice Screen Missing Manually Added Completed Visits: Fixed an issue where a completed visit added via "Add Single Visit" to a recurring schedule did not appear on the batch invoice screen. These visits now appear and can be invoiced normally.
• AJTA-22297 – Payment Screen Not Detecting Card Type: Fixed an issue where the payment screen failed to detect the card type and offered no way to select it manually. Card type is now auto-detected, with a manual option available as a fallback.
• AJTA-22446 – AR Not Reflecting Confirmed Payments: Fixed an issue where a payment confirmed on the Dashboard did not appear on the customer's AR tab. Confirmed payments now reflect consistently across AR and the Dashboard.
• AJTA-22593 – $0.01 Tax Discrepancy Between Prepayment and Invoice: Fixed an issue where the tax calculated on a prepayment could differ from the invoice tax by a penny, creating an AR discrepancy. Prepayment and invoice tax amounts now match exactly.
• AJTA-22617 – Customer Portal Payments Failing With Server Error: Fixed an issue where customers received a server error and could not complete a payment from the Customer Portal. Payments now process successfully.
• AJTA-22628 – Duplicate ACH Payment Records Under Customer AR: Fixed an issue where a single ACH/eCheck prepayment through Stax could create two AR records for the same transaction. Each transaction now creates exactly one AR record.
• AJTA-22793 – Error Invoicing for Contracts From the Job Page: Fixed an issue where attempting to invoice a contract from the Job page produced an error. Contract invoicing now completes successfully.
• AJTA-22829 – Batch Invoicing Failing With "Error Mapping Types" Message: Fixed an intermittent issue where batch invoicing and mobile crew job details could fail with a mapping error until the application was restarted. Batch invoicing now processes reliably without requiring a restart.
• AJTA-22920 – Zero-Balance Accounts Incorrectly Marked 90+ Days Past Due: Fixed an issue where accounts with re-created 2022 invoices incorrectly appeared as 90+ days past due in Batch Statements despite owing no balance. Zero-balance accounts are no longer flagged as past due.

Messaging & Communications 💬

• AJTA-21801 – Text Automation Sending Invoice Links to the Wrong Customer: Fixed an issue where text automations could deliver invoice links to an unrelated customer instead of the intended recipient. Invoice text links are now delivered to the correct customer.
• AJTA-22079 – Emails With Attachments Failing to Send: Fixed an issue where emails with attachments under the size limit failed to send and returned an error. Emails with valid attachments now send successfully.
• AJTA-22443 – SMS Automations Sending Even When Toggled Off: Fixed an issue where "Create Proposal" and "Invoice Created" SMS automations still sent even after being toggled off in Settings. Disabled automations no longer send messages.
• AJTA-22497 – Resend Invoice Email Showing Raw HTML Instead of Preview: Fixed an issue where resending an invoice email displayed raw HTML/CSS code instead of a rendered preview. The Communicate screen now shows the rendered email body.
• AJTA-22548 – Cancelled Appointment Reminders Now Show Accurate Status After Rescheduling: Updated appointment reminders so that when a cancelled reminder is re-armed by rescheduling, its status accurately reflects that it will send again, while still preserving a record of the original cancellation.
• AJTA-22876 – Job Reminder Text Messages Sending With Blank Fields: Fixed an issue where sending several "Communicate Job Reminder" text batches in quick succession could cause some reminders to send with a blank date and service description. Reminders sent in quick succession now retain their correct details.
• AJTA-22953 – Batch Email Sends Hanging on Large Recipient Lists: Fixed an issue where batch email sends to large recipient lists (over ~1,000) would hang or lock up instead of completing. Large recipient lists are now sent in smaller batches that complete successfully.
• AJTA-23068 – Marketing Automation Not Firing for Accepted Proposals: Fixed an issue where the automation for accepted proposals was not going out. Accepted-proposal automations now send as expected.

Reporting & Analytics 📊

• AJTA-22337 – Year-Over-Year Sales Comparison Not Displaying Data: Fixed an issue where applying a Year-Over-Year comparison on the Sales visualization dashboard returned no data. The comparison now filters and displays correctly.
• AJTA-22731 – Sales Pipeline Job Links and Export Not Working: Fixed an issue on the Sales Pipeline analytics page where job links returned a page-not-found error and the export never completed. Job links now open the correct job and exports complete successfully.
• AJTA-22887 – Job Analytics "View" Button Redirecting to Wrong Job: Fixed an issue where clicking "View" on a filtered Job Analytics widget redirected to a placeholder job URL instead of the correct job. The button now navigates to the correct job record.
• AJTA-22930 – Internal Server Error When Pulling a Report: Fixed an issue causing an Internal Server Error when generating a report. Reports now generate successfully.

Integrations 🔗

• AJTA-21358 – Google Calendar Not Syncing Appointments After Reconnect: Fixed an issue where appointments created in Arborgold did not sync to Google Calendar after disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Appointments now sync correctly after reconnect.
• AJTA-22165 – SiteOne Price Book Import Spinning Indefinitely: Fixed an issue where importing a SiteOne materials price book would spin indefinitely and never import any materials. The import now completes and populates the price book correctly.
• AJTA-22542 – QBO Customer Matching Screen Failing to Load: Fixed an issue where the QuickBooks Online customer matching screen spun indefinitely and returned a generic error instead of loading the customer list. The customer list now loads correctly for matching.
• AJTA-23027 – Customer Ad Source Not Exporting to QBO Customer Type: Fixed an issue where a customer's Ad Source value did not carry over to the Customer Type field when exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online. Ad Source now maps correctly to QBO Customer Type on export.

Jobs, Services & Scheduling 💼

• AJTA-22410 – Skip No Reschedule Status Still Printing on Work Orders: Fixed an issue where changing a service to "Skip No Reschedule" from the Job page didn't clear the scheduled date or stop the service from printing on the work order. The Job page now behaves consistently with the Work Scheduler for this status change.
• AJTA-22447 – Sliding Scale Pricing Unassigning Itself From Services: Fixed an issue where correctly configured Sliding Scale pricing would randomly unassign or reassign from services without any user changes. Sliding Scale assignments now remain stable.
• AJTA-22495 – Change Crew Batch Action Resetting Scheduled Date and Time: Fixed an issue where using the "Change Crew" batch action on the Work Scheduler reset the scheduled date and time to today. The scheduled date and time now remain unchanged when only the crew is updated.

Proposals & Estimates 📄

• AJTA-22866 – E-Signature Off-Center or Missing on Printed Proposals: Fixed an issue where a signed e-proposal's signature appeared off-center or was missing entirely when printed or exported to PDF. Signatures now print correctly centered.

Chemicals & Materials ⚗️

• AJTA-22387 – Editing Plant Inventory Item Fails to Save: Fixed an issue where changing the plant item on a Plant Inventory entry failed to save. Plant Inventory edits now save correctly.

Settings & Configuration ⚙️

• AJTA-22996 – Renewals Page Throwing Database Error: Fixed an intermittent error on the Renewals page caused by a database compatibility issue. The Renewals page now loads without error.

• AJTA-22378 – Deliver E-Proposal Link as a Tappable Link in Text Messages: Enabled the e-proposal merge field to resolve to a plain, tappable link in text messages, opening the same signing experience customers get by email.
• AJTA-22471 – Message Notes Dropping Backslash Characters on Save: Fixed an issue where consecutive backslash characters typed in a message's Notes field were cut in half when saved. Backslash characters now persist as typed.
• AJTA-23160 – Invoice Link Missing in Two-Way Texting Chat: Fixed an issue where invoices sent through the Two-Way Texting chat did not include a working e-invoice link. Invoices sent via chat now include a valid, working e-invoice link.

Performance & Stability 🏎️

• AJTA-22209 – Timesheet Filtering Failing on Large Data Sets: Improved the Timesheet screen so that applying filters on large data sets returns results instead of failing.
