• AJTA-21795 – Service Descriptions Now Save Reliably From the Service Details Panel: Fixed an issue where descriptions entered through the service details panel would sometimes fail to save. Descriptions now save and display correctly.
• AJTA-21990 – Work Scheduler Service Details Save Button No Longer Shows False Unsaved State: Fixed an issue where the Save button in Work Scheduler service details would show an unsaved (orange) state and prompt to save even when nothing had changed. The button now reflects the actual save state accurately.
• AJTA-22041 – Fixed Missing Invoice Dates on Services Listing With Advanced Searching Enabled: Fixed an issue where enabling Advanced Searching on the Jobs > Services tab caused invoice dates to disappear from the service status column. Invoice dates now display correctly regardless of the Advanced Searching setting.
• AJTA-22080 – Crew App Users Can Now Clock Out of Services Without Resources: Fixed an issue in the Crew app where users could not clock out of a service that had no resources assigned. Users can now clock out of any service regardless of assigned resources.
• AJTA-22086 – Fixed Job Costing $ Button Zeroing Out Service Price and Removing Service Line: Fixed an issue where clicking the $ button on the Job Costing page (instead of Save) zeroed out the service price, changed the service type, and removed the service line from the job. The $ button no longer alters or removes service data unexpectedly.
• AJTA-22135 – Fixed Job Info Save Button Staying Green After Editing Service Details: Fixed an issue where editing service details on the Job Information screen left the Save button stuck in a green/pending state and the edits did not persist. Saving now completes correctly and edits are retained.
• AJTA-22152 – Copied Jobs Now Include the Date Suffix in the Job Name: Fixed an issue where copying a job did not include the configured DATE suffix after the last name in the new job's name. Copied jobs now follow the configured job naming format.
• AJTA-22259 – Fixed Work Scheduler Routing Screen Showing Jobs From Other Crews: Fixed an issue where the Work Scheduler Routing screen displayed jobs belonging to other crews on a crew member's route. The Routing screen now shows only jobs assigned to the selected crew.
• AJTA-22293 – Fixed Plant Inventory Showing Zero for Jobs Created via Mobile Estimator: Fixed an issue where jobs created in the field via the Mobile Estimator app showed a Plant Inventory count of zero despite having assigned plants. Plant Inventory now reflects the correct count regardless of how the job was created.
• AJTA-22474 – Fixed Work Order Printing Failures for Crews With High Job Counts: Fixed an issue where printing Work Orders for a crew with a high number of scheduled jobs would spin for several minutes and then fail. Work Orders now print successfully regardless of job count.
• AJTA-22576 – Fixed Weather Data Missing From Service Details: Fixed an issue where weather data no longer appeared under Service Details for a job. Weather data now displays correctly.
• AJTA-22627 – Fixed Weather Tracking Not Displaying on the Service: Fixed an issue where weather tracking data existed in the system but did not display on the associated service. Weather tracking now displays correctly.

Messaging & Communications 💬

• AJTA-21942 – Fixed Two-Way Texting Scheduled Reminder Delivery Failures: Fixed an issue where scheduled "Day Before" and "Day Of" service reminder texts occasionally failed to send to eligible customers. Reminder texts now send reliably as scheduled.
• AJTA-21995 – Fixed SMS Delivery Failures for Non-2-Way-Texting Accounts: Fixed an issue where standard SMS messages occasionally failed to send for accounts not using 2-way texting, with no failure details shown in the outbox. SMS messages now send reliably, and failure details are visible when they don't.
• AJTA-22039 – Fixed Marketing Email Templates Stuck in Pending Status: Fixed an issue where marketing email templates could get stuck in a "Pending" or "Refresh" status, and the sent-emails filter returned no results for those templates. Templates now send correctly and filtered results display as expected.
• AJTA-22079 – Fixed Emails With Attachments Failing to Send: Fixed an issue where emails with attachments under the file size limit failed to send and returned an error. Emails with qualifying attachments now send successfully.
• AJTA-22283 – Fixed Day Before Job Reminder Texts Failing to Send: Fixed an issue where the majority of customers scheduled for service did not receive their "Day Before Job Reminder" text, even with SMS properly configured. Reminder texts now send reliably to all eligible customers.
• AJTA-22298 – Fixed Email Links Combining Multiple Attachments Into a Single Broken Link: Fixed an issue where attaching multiple files to an email generated a single link that only opened the first file. Each attached file is now individually accessible from the email.
• AJTA-22565 – Fixed Job Automation Follow-Up Emails Stuck Pending When Interval Is Zero: Fixed an issue where Job Automation follow-up emails remained stuck in pending status and never sent when the interval was set to 0. The next follow-up time now calculates correctly from the actual acceptance timestamp, and follow-up emails send as expected.
• AJTA-22568 – Fixed Marketing Automation Follow-Up Sequences Firing on Incorrect Days: Fixed an issue where multiple follow-up steps in a Marketing Automation sequence could fire on the same day instead of their own scheduled days. Each follow-up step now fires on its correctly calculated day.

AR / Payments & Invoicing 💳

• AJTA-21744 – Batch Invoicing No Longer Fails With Error Message: Fixed an issue where batch invoicing consistently failed with an error message, blocking bulk invoice generation. Batch invoices now generate successfully.
• AJTA-22084 – Fixed Visit Status Showing Invoiced Without a Matching Invoice Record: Fixed an issue where visits marked "Skip No Reschedule" in the Work Scheduler could show an invoiced status with no corresponding invoice record. Visit status now accurately reflects actual invoicing.
• AJTA-22087 – Fixed Invoiced Mowing Services Missing From Batch Invoice Eligibility: Fixed an issue where a mowing service could show an invoiced date with no matching invoice record, making it ineligible to appear on the Batch Invoice screen. Eligible mowing services now appear correctly for batch invoicing.
• AJTA-22362 – Fixed Error When Entering an Offline Payment: Fixed an issue where entering an offline payment (such as check or cash) against an invoice returned an error and failed to record the payment. Offline payments now record successfully.
• AJTA-22684 – AR Now Indicates When a Service Has Been Invoiced: Fixed an issue where a job showed a service as only "Completed" with no indication it had already been invoiced. The job now visibly indicates when a service has been invoiced.

Integrations 🔗

• AJTA-21205 – Google Calendar Integration No Longer Randomly Disconnects: Fixed an issue where the Google Calendar integration would randomly disconnect, causing scheduled jobs and appointments to stop syncing. The integration now stays connected and syncs reliably.
• AJTA-22000 – QuickBooks Export Now Uses Correct Billing Address for Sub-Customer Invoices: Fixed an issue where exporting a sub-customer's job invoice to QuickBooks used the sub-customer's billing address instead of the parent customer's. Exported invoices now reflect the correct parent billing address.
• AJTA-22277 – Fixed SiteOne Synced Materials Not Selectable as Service Resources: Fixed an issue where materials synced from the SiteOne integration could not be added as a service resource despite appearing in the Price Book. Synced materials are now selectable as expected.

• AJTA-22134 – Job Material Price Updates Now Save on the First Attempt: Fixed an issue where updating a job material's price required saving twice before the new price would persist. Price updates now save correctly on the first attempt.
• AJTA-22197 – Fixed Material Selection Changing When Pressing Tab in Service Resource Field: Fixed an issue where pressing Tab after selecting a material in the Service Resource field could substitute a different, unintended material. Pressing Tab now retains the originally selected material.

Customers & Contacts 👥

• AJTA-22222 – Fixed Generate Customer List Spinning Indefinitely for Large Record Sets: Fixed an issue where filtering to 8,000–9,000 customer records on the Generate Customer List screen caused the screen to spin and fail to proceed. Large customer lists now generate and advance to the Communicate screen correctly.
• AJTA-22592 – Fixed Plant Exploration Showing No Data for Customers With Existing Plant Inventory: Fixed an issue where the Plant Exploration screen showed no data, pins, or markers for customers with existing Plant Inventory records. Plant Exploration now displays plant data consistent with Plant Inventory.

Proposals & Estimates 📄

• AJTA-21945 – Live E-Proposals Now Display Correct Service Sections: Fixed an issue where live e-proposals did not display the service sections/options as coded on the job. E-proposals now correctly show each coded section so customers can review and approve them individually.

• AJTA-22491 – Improved Work Order Printing to Resolve "OK" Error: Improved Work Order printing to resolve an "OK" error that previously prevented printing.
• AJTA-22670 – Improved Job Site Page Modal Closing From the Renewal Screen: Improved the Job Site Page modal so it closes correctly when opened from the Renewal screen.
