Messaging & Communications 💬
- AJTA-20665 – Two-Way Messaging Added to Mobile Estimator: Added two-way messaging functionality to the Mobile Estimator, enabling users to send and receive messages directly with customers from within the app. Push notifications are now delivered for new messages when the app is closed or minimized.
- AJTA-21105 – Updated Emailing Feature to Use Improved API Endpoints: Updated the Mobile Estimator emailing feature to use a modern communication endpoint, replacing two legacy email endpoints to improve reliability when emailing from customer and job pages.

Jobs, Services & Scheduling 💼
- AJTA-20921 – Service Photos Cut Off and Zoomed In on Tablet and iPad: Fixed an issue where service photos appeared heavily cropped and zoomed in on tablet or iPad devices. Photos now display with the correct framing and aspect ratio across all device sizes.
- AJTA-21194 – Deactivated Jobsites Showing in Add New Job Dropdown: Fixed an issue where deactivated jobsites appeared in the jobsite selection dropdown when creating a new job in Mobile Estimator. Only active jobsites now display in the list.
- AJTA-21650 – Sliding Scale Start Location Blank When Recalculating: Fixed an issue where the start location field appeared blank when recalculating a service sliding scale in Mobile Estimator. The location saved via the cloud now correctly populates during recalculation.
- AJTA-21685 – Service Price Not Auto-Populating When Adding a New Service: Fixed an issue where the price field did not automatically populate when a new service was added. The price now appears immediately upon adding a service.
- AJTA-21720 – Unable to Geocode Addresses from Jobsite Detail Screen: Fixed an issue where addresses could not be geocoded from the Jobsite Detail screen in the Mobile Estimator app.
- AJTA-21755 – Plant Inventory Item Form Failing to Load: Fixed an issue where the plant inventory item form failed to load when the job detail form was empty.
Customers & Contacts 👥
- AJTA-20851 – Task List Displaying Only Customer Name Instead of Subject: Fixed an issue where tasks in the Mobile Estimator displayed only the associated customer name rather than the task subject. Tasks without a linked customer no longer appear as blank entries.
- AJTA-21721 – Add New Card Screen Displaying Blank Page for Customers: Fixed an issue where tapping Add New Card on the customer screen displayed a blank page instead of the card entry form.
Settings & Configuration ⚙️
- AJTA-21350 – Device Email Method Not Configurable in Mobile Estimator Settings: Fixed an issue where users were unable to configure the Device email method in the Mobile Estimator settings. The email method can now be set and saved correctly.
- AJTA-21625 – Help Icon Not Responding When Tapped: Fixed an issue where the Help icon button did not respond when tapped.

Jobs, Services & Scheduling 💼
- AJTA-21835 – Save Icon Missing on Multi-Select Fields: Fixed an issue where multi-select fields in Mobile Estimator did not display a save icon, preventing users from saving changes. The save icon now appears as expected.
- AJTA-21863 – Task Description and Assigned Employee Not Displaying Until Setting Is Re-Saved: Fixed an issue where the Task Description and Assigned Employee fields did not display on the Task screen even when Display Tasks to Everyone was enabled, requiring users to toggle the setting off and back on to see them. These fields now display correctly without a re-save.
- AJTA-21868 – Pricing Method Field and Dropdown Displaying Empty: Fixed an issue where the Pricing Method field and dropdown appeared blank on the Service Costing screen, even when a pricing method was configured. The correct pricing method now displays and can be selected.
- AJTA-21871 – Added Search Bar to Employee/Crew Selection List: Added a search bar to the Employee/Crew selection list, making it faster to find a specific employee or crew member without scrolling through the entire list.
AR / Payments & Invoicing 💳
- AJTA-21869 – Keyboard Obscuring Input Fields on Add Payment Method Screen: Fixed an issue where the on-screen keyboard covered the State, Zip Code, Email Address, and Phone Number fields when adding a new payment method, with no way to scroll and see them. The screen now stays accessible while the keyboard is open.
Messaging & Communications 💬
- AJTA-21870 – Delay Opening Communication Window When Email Setting Is Configured as Device: Fixed an issue where the Communication window took a noticeable amount of time to open when the Email setting was configured as Device, with no loading indicator shown. The window now opens promptly with proper feedback.
- AJTA-21877 – Incorrect Validation Message Displayed for Valid Appointment Start and End Times: Fixed an issue where editing a message with appointment details showed an incorrect "start time must be before end time" error even when the times were valid, blocking the save. Valid appointment times now save without error.
- AJTA-21963 – Images Not Displaying in Two-Way Texting: Fixed an issue where images sent or received through two-way texting did not display in Mobile Estimator, though they displayed correctly in the Cloud version. Images now display as expected.
Settings & Configuration ⚙️
- AJTA-21957 – Keyboard Overlapping Fields on Login Page: Fixed an issue where the on-screen keyboard covered input fields on the login page, making it hard to see what was being typed. The focused field now remains visible while the keyboard is open.
Performance & Stability 🏎️
- AJTA-21884 – Visible Crew List Slow to Open and Close in Settings: Fixed a performance issue where the Visible Crew list under Settings took a noticeable amount of time to open and close, slowing down navigation. The list now opens and closes promptly.
