Arborgold Crew: Release Version 2.5.2 - Release Highlights

We are excited to announce the latest updates to the Arborgold Crew app in Version 2.5.2! This release brings bug fixes and enhancements to improve your mobile experience.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • AJTA-21685 – Service Price Not Populating Immediately When Adding a New Service: Fixed an issue where the price field did not populate immediately after adding a new service in the Crew app, requiring a manual refresh. The price now appears immediately upon adding a service.
  • AJTA-21919 – Low Image Quality When Uploading Photos from Crew App: Fixed an issue where photos uploaded from the Crew app lost quality after uploading. Uploaded images now retain their original quality.
  • AJTA-21922 – Camera Photos Not Saved to Device Storage When Taking Service Pictures: Fixed an issue where photos taken for a service picture were not saved to local device storage, requiring the photo to be retaken if the upload failed. Photos are now saved locally as a backup during upload.
  • AJTA-21852 – Unable to View Job Description in Crew App: Fixed an issue where users were unable to view the job description within the Crew app. The job description now displays as expected.
  • AJTA-21246 – Clock-Out Blocked When Second Service Has No Employees Assigned: Fixed an issue where attempting to clock out of a service with no employees assigned would incorrectly prevent the clock-out action from completing.
  • AJTA-21829 – Time Distribution by Percentage Not Dividing Correctly Across Services: Fixed an issue where distributing tracked time across multiple services using the percentage method applied the full time to each service instead of dividing it proportionally.
  • AJTA-20712 – Clock-Out Time Update Applied to All Employees After Tab Switch: Fixed an issue where updating the clock-out time for one employee incorrectly applied the same change to all other employees after switching tabs.
  • AJTA-20795 – Company Name Merge Field Not Populating in On My Way Text: Fixed an issue where the company name merge field in the On My Way SMS message was not resolving correctly, causing it to appear blank or as a literal placeholder.
  • AJTA-20840 – Users Unable to Clock Into Services on the Crew App: Fixed an issue where certain users were unable to clock into services from the Crew app.
  • AJTA-20880 – Material Actual Quantity Auto-Filled When Scheduling Services: Fixed an issue where the material Actual Quantity field was automatically pre-populated when a service was scheduled, which could lead to incorrect job costing and reporting discrepancies.
  • AJTA-20936 – No Confirmation Message Shown After Sending On My Way Text: Fixed an issue where no status confirmation was displayed after sending an On My Way text from the Crew app, leaving users uncertain whether the message was sent.
  • AJTA-21772 – Remove Button Missing for Certain Equipment Items: Fixed an issue where certain equipment items did not display the remove button in the Crew app, preventing crew members from removing unused equipment from a job.

🐞 Regression Bugs

  • AJTA-21836 – Incorrect Duration Displayed on Time Tab While Clocked In: Fixed an issue where the Time tab displayed the wrong duration for an activity while a user was clocked in but had not yet clocked out. The Time tab now shows the correct running duration.
  • AJTA-21963 – Images Not Displaying in Two-Way Texting: Fixed an issue where images sent or received through two-way texting did not display in the Crew app, though they displayed correctly in the Cloud version. Images now display as expected.
  • AJTA-20469 – App Crash When Loading File Previews: Fixed a crash in the Crew app that occurred when loading file resources, caused by an unresolved file URL reference.
  • AJTA-20842 – App Crash on Service Response Handling: Fixed a crash that occurred when handling a service response where an expected value was unexpectedly undefined.
  • AJTA-21062 – App Crash When Navigating to Review Service Time Screen: Fixed a crash that occurred when navigating to the Review Service Time screen due to an undefined crew reference.
  • AJTA-21063 – App Crash on Clock-Out Time Detail Access on Android: Fixed a crash on Android that occurred when accessing time detail information during the clock-out flow.
  • AJTA-21226 – App Crash When Opening PDF Preview: Fixed a crash that occurred when opening a PDF preview due to a null file reference being passed to the preview component.
