Arborgold Crew: Release Version 2.5.0 - Release Highlights

We are excited to announce the latest updates in Crew app version 2.5.0 of Arborgold Crew App! This release addresses multiple bug fixes and improvements - 05/13/2026

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • AJTA-20247 – Service Descriptions Not Translating When Switching to Spanish: Fixed an issue where service descriptions remained in English instead of translating to Spanish when the language was switched in the Arborgold Crew app.
  • AJTA-20415 – Jobsite Custom Measure Creating Duplicate Areas with Inflated Square Footage: Fixed an issue where the Jobsite Custom Measure tool was creating duplicate areas, causing inflated square footage values and occasional screen freezing.
  • AJTA-20462 – Long Service Descriptions Not Fully Visible in Crew App: Fixed an issue where long service descriptions were not fully visible in the Arborgold Crew app, preventing crew members from reading multi-line work order notes.
  • AJTA-20694 – Video File Upload Now Supported in Job Details: Fixed an issue where video files (.mov, .mp4) could not be uploaded to Jobs in the Arborgold Crew app. Video uploads are now supported, matching the Cloud experience.
  • AJTA-20708 – Unable to Scroll Service List When Adding Employee During Clock-In: Fixed an issue where the service selection section became inaccessible when adding an additional employee during clock-in, preventing service selection.
  • AJTA-20713 – Distributed Time Percentage Field Not Editable at 100% During Clock-Out: Fixed an issue where the distributed time percentage field became non-editable during clock-out when set to 100%, preventing users from adjusting time before completing the process.
  • AJTA-20718 – Task Dates Displaying One Day Earlier in Cloud Than in Crew App: Fixed a date mismatch where task Created and Finished dates set in the Crew app appeared one day earlier when viewed in Cloud.
  • AJTA-20711 – Loading Indicator Added When Removing Resources from Summary: Added a loading indicator when removing employees, materials, or equipment from the Resource Summary, providing clear visual feedback during the operation.

✨ Feature Enhancements

  • AJTA-19904 – Two-Way Texting Push Notifications for Mobile Crew: Added push notification support for two-way text messages in the Mobile Crew app, so crew members receive real-time alerts for incoming customer messages.
