We are excited to announce the latest updates in Crew app version 2.1.2 of Arborgold Crew App! This release addresses multiple bug fixes and new feature - 08/20/2025

Bug Fixes 🐞

  • Customer Name Display: Fixed an issue where the customer name was not displaying on the job details page. The API now correctly returns and displays the customer name instead of the job name.
  • Mobile UI Compatibility: Resolved a layout issue on Google Pixel and similar devices where the top navigation bar obscured the "Invoice Now" button on the work order screen.

  • Email Communication: Fixed a bug that incorrectly prevented users from sending service completion emails by displaying an "email already sent" toaster message.

  • Task Visibility: Resolved an issue that prevented the tasks list from refreshing properly, resulting in incorrect tasks being displayed. The task list now updates seamlessly to reflect the latest changes.

  • Edit Time Track Button: Restored the "Edit Time Track" button under Service Details within the Crew mobile app, which was previously missing but available on the cloud crew version.

  • Logout Functionality: Unblocked the logout button, which was previously unresponsive for some users.

Feature Enhancements

  • UI Text & Tooltips: Corrected various typos and capitalization issues in the settings screen. Also fixed an issue where informational tooltip text was cut off in the "Add Material" and "Add Equipment" modals.

  • Default Service View: Changed the default behavior on the work order screen so that all services are now collapsed by default, streamlining the view.

  • Job Card Layout: Implemented a comprehensive update to the job card, including:

    • Moving the job name to the top and the customer name below it.

    • Ensuring the "On My Way" button only appears for customers with 2-Way Texting active and is hidden for jobs already marked as "Completed."

    • Making the job site address tappable, launching the user's default navigation app.

    • Ensuring service collapse behavior and customer tag visibility respect their respective user settings.

    • Introducing a new design for completed services (a green checkmark) to improve visual clarity.
