Phone labels are now available on the Customer Information screen for each phone number entered on the customer's screen.
This feature will allow the user to add additional notes to a customer's phone number (for example: Do not call after 5 PM).
The Phone Labels are available on the “Customer Information” page
The phone label will appear after each number with an optional note field.
This feature will allow your team to add notes to the phone number in case something important is necessary to mention before calling.
