Service Intervals and the Don't Renew Until Date
Service Intervals and the Don't Renew Until Date How to handle a service that is done every other year or every x amount of years Josh HFor Services that are not done every year, you can refer to the Renewal int. Yearly Field that is put in the other tab of the service set up screen.
The detailed explanation can be seen by clicking the question mark icon next the the Renewal Int. Yearly field
If the service is to be renewed every other year, you put a 1. Putting a one will set the Don't Renew Until value to one year past the completed date of the service, so that when that date has been passed up, then will be eligible for a renewal. There is a helpful diagram below that can walk you through what was explained in the video above.
