Applying Tags and Stars to Your Renewal Batch in Arborgold

This article will guide you on how to apply tags and stars to your renewal batches in Arborgold.

Start by setting up a renewal batch to be generated.

While creating your renewals batch, navigate to the right side of the screen to "Assign Job Tags".

Select your desired job tag.

Generate the renewal batch. The job tag you selected will be assigned to all newly renewed jobs.

After generating your renewal batch, you'll be directed to the Edit Renewals tab. Here, you can review and edit your renewals.

You can select all newly renewed jobs and go to the Action menu. If you wish, you may add/update customer tags, service tags, and/or job site tags from the Action menu to all of your renewals.

If you wish to star your renewals, select the ones you want to star and then navigate to to the Action menu and choose to star them.

You can also unstar them if needed.
