Site Notes and Directions

Print site notes and directions on work orders. These are things like gate codes, parking directions, hidden drive reminders, etc

 

Get all your job notes, site notes, and directions printed on your Arborgold work orders so your team always has the details they need. Follow these steps to streamline communication and make sure nothing gets overlooked on the job.

Step 1: Head to the job site tab within Arborgold.

Step 2: Check out the address and map for the job site.

Step 3: Scroll down to find the site notes and directions sections. Use these fields for important info like gate codes, property details, parking instructions, or unloading tips.

Step 4: After entering Site Notes and Directions, exit the job site tab.

Step 5: Open the scheduler to print the work order.

Step 6: Locate the job scheduled for today.

Step 7: Click print the work order.

Step 8: Pick your preferred format by scrolling to Work order Cloud, xtime Resources History Stock.

Step 9: Click the chosen format to generate a preview.

Step 10: When the preview appears, go to the second page to see directions and site notes. Your team will have all the crucial details right on their work order, with no need to dig for extra info.

1. How do I make sure job notes appear on my printed work order? Check that you’ve filled in the job notes before printing, and select the option to include them in the print layout. The notes will show up on the printed work order if they’re saved in the right section.

2. Can I choose which site notes and directions to print? Yes, before printing, you can adjust your settings in the print preview screen to include or exclude site notes and directions as needed.

3. What if some notes or directions don’t show up on the printout? Double-check that you added and saved all notes in the correct sections of Arborgold. Then, make sure those fields are selected in your print settings. If you still have problems, reach out to Arborgold support.
