Getting Started: Logging Into the App
Step 1: Log in to the Arborgold Mobile Estimator App. You'll land directly on the Dashboard as your starting point.
Accessing Your Jobs from the Dashboard
Step 2: Open the main navigation menu. Tap the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Step 3: From the menu, select Jobs. Look for the 'briefcase' icon to find this tab.
You'll now see a full list of all jobs available in your system.

Creating a New Job
Step 4: To add a new job, hit the blue plus button at the bottom right.
Filtering Jobs by Status
Step 5: Narrow down the job list by status. Use the menu of icons at the top of the page to filter by statuses such as generated, proposal, declined, work order, completed, cancelled, hold, or all jobs. These filters help keep your workspace manageable and focused.
Searching for a Specific Job
Step 6: Quickly find a job by name. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right. Enter the job name to locate the information you need instantly.
Focusing on Your Jobs as a Salesperson
Step 7: If you're a salesperson, display only your assigned jobs and proposals. Toggle the filter in the top right to view just the items tied to your profile.

Why can't I see some jobs in my list? Some jobs might not appear if your filters (status, assigned user, or date) are too restrictive, or if you lack permission to access them. Double-check your filters, refresh the app, and confirm you have the correct permissions set by your administrator.
