How to Enroll

Access Enrollment

  • Log in to your Arborgold account.

  • Navigate to Settings → Text Settings (or click Text in the left-hand navigation menu).

  • The Text Settings page will display your enrollment options.

Arborgold currently offers the Essential Plan as the primary subscription option for messaging. You’ll be guided through a series of enrollment steps:


Step 1: Subscription

  • Select the Essential Plan on the enrollment page.
  • Fill in the Subscription Form by entering accurate company details.

    This step establishes your messaging capacity (messages per month), defines your billing frequency, and captures the key company details necessary to activate your messaging service.


    Step 2: Confirm Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use

    Before activating messaging services, Arborgold requires your website to display its Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy for compliance:

    • Why is this step needed?
      Arborgold’s Two-way texting services are regulated, requiring clear privacy and usage policies on customer websites.

    • What do I need to do?
      Add the provided policy text to your website (ideally at the bottom of your Privacy Policy page or under communication/data usage clauses). If you do not have a Privacy Policy, you must create one.

    Copy Policy Wording

    You can copy the Policy wordings and send to your website manager for easy implementation.

    Once this is completed, confirm compliance by clicking “I’ve added the policies to my website”.



    Additional Notes

    • Policy compliance is a mandatory step; skipping it will delay service activation.

    • Contact Arborgold Support if you have setup questions.


    Step 3: Filling Company Information

    Providing accurate company and admin user information is essential for account management, and regulatory compliance. During enrollment, you must enter:

    Company Information:

    • Company Name

    • Company Email Address

    • Company Phone Number

    • Company Zip/Postal Code

    Admin User Information:

    • First Name and Last Name of the primary admin

    • Mobile Number

    • Admin User Email Address

    Step 4: Brand Registration

    During the subsequent brand registration step, you’ll also provide:

    • DBA or Brand Name

    • Legal Company Name

    • Tax Number/ID/EIN (such as Social Security Number for sole proprietors)

    • Owner’s Phone Number

    • Company Address (with city, state/province, and postal/zip code)

    • Country

    All information should match your official business documentation and contact records to avoid any interruptions in service.

    Step 5: Phone Number Selection

    Selecting the phone number is fundamental to enabling Two-Way Texting functionality in Arborgold.

    Why This Step Matters

    Your chosen number will be the point of contact for all text messaging activity, allowing you to send and receive Texts with customers directly.

    Options Available

    • Request a local number: Select a new number from provided local options to represent your business.

    • Use your business number: You can SMS-enable your existing business landline or VoIP number so that you can send and receive texts without changing your phone service. This works with most landline numbers, but mobile numbers are not eligible.

    Activation

    Once your application is submitted for enrollment, your request will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. During this period, our team will review your information for compliance and system requirements.

    Status Updates:
    You will receive notifications on your application’s progress and will be promptly informed once your texting capability is fully activated.
