Start Your Day with Arborgold Mobile Estimator: Route Generation Guide

This tutorial walks you through how to generate your daily route in Arborgold’s Mobile Estimator App. You’ll see how to review appointments, plot your optimized path, and use navigation for smooth, efficient days in the field.

Step 1: Launch the App and Begin at the Dashboard

Step 1: Log in to open the dashboard.


Step 2: Open the Scheduler

Step 2: Tap the three horizontal lines at the top left to reveal the main menu.

Step 3: Select the calendar icon labeled Scheduler to view your appointments.


Step 3: Review Today’s Appointments

Step 4: Make sure you're in the correct calendar mode by checking the phone tab at the top. If you're in month view, tap the blue Change View button at the top left and select daily view.

Review all your scheduled appointments for the day.


Step 4: Generate and Access Your Route

Step 5: Go back to the main menu by tapping the three horizontal lines again.

Step 6: Tap the Sign icon labeled Route to load your optimized route.


Step 5: Visualize Your Route on the Map

Step 7: View your complete route on the Google Map, which displays every stop in the order you’ll visit.


Step 6: Get Navigation to Each Appointment

Step 8: Tap a stop to select it, then choose Get Directions to open Google Maps for navigation. Repeat this process for each stop as your day progresses.
